Yesss I feel you 😂 I get more nauseous drinking water when I’m pregnant so instead I drink a big cup of coconut water with cranberry juice and pineapple juice, this definitely hydrates me and tastes so bomb 😁and more importantly doesn’t make me feel nauseous anymore 😉💗
I usually get up, take a Tylenol, have a panic attack and then lay back down all day

after drinking we are dehydrated, what's helped me the most is drinking Electrolytes. I use santa cruz paleo in mango flavor or Flavcity Pina colada or starwberry Lychee flavor. Hope that helps :)

I dont drink anymore but when I feel nauseous I drink a ginger ale soda and add a alka seltzer but the ones that you buy in Mexico are way better.
If you drink electrolytes before drinking, it helps to prevent getting a hangover.

You should take a Dramamine ( less drowsy) . It helped me back in the day and would take away the nausea . I drink mineral water and a bc powder and eat a spicy soup.
