I love this pattern! Working on a wearable muslin with Joann remnant polar fleece. Everyone is asking what the fabric type and source is for Tami's butter yellow with the native inspired motif! We all want that gorgeous fabric!
The tutorial shows how! But essentially, for an unlined version, you finish the raw edge and fold up WST one inch. When you top stitch that hem, you’ll have a perfect channel for the drawstring :) If you choose to line your Clef, the draw string will be enclosed between the main and the lining and you’ll again top stitch one inch above the bottom, making a channel. Hope that helps!
Thank you for showing your jacket with a lining ! You made it look very simple. II must try it soon.
Thank you! Definitely give it a shot, we would love to see your version! 😍 ~J

Thank you for the love! Tami's Clef is made from a blanket weight Pendleton wool from Sharps Indian Store. ☺️ ~J
Very nice video but I don't understand how to make the drawstring casings for the hood and bottom.

What type of Linning are u using? Very nice.
It's French terry and the hood is a quilted knit! Thank you! ~J
