    How big are you? Your 20 Gallon tank is looking like a 10 Gallon.

    nice , but I noticed there's no air pump, good branch and rock. Would be cool with an under gravel filter, and surface skimmer. Still is a good basic tank. Good luck on selecting angel and pleco.

      The HOB filter provides enough aeration, so an air pump would just be a waste of money.

      Its doing good, currently have my saltwater 20 gal on it in the fish room. Its from Petco I believe. I wouldn't say its great but it gets the job done. It shakes a little

    I like the sand, but how is it to clean? do you still use a siphon ?

    • @pittsburghpets3759
      @pittsburghpets3759  4 года назад +1

      Thank you! can still siphon but have to go slower and sometimes pinch the hose to slower or stop flow for a few seconds

    Does the water have to be filtered or can it come from your outdoor hose? I'm getting the same one and kinda need to know.

    • @pittsburghpets3759
      @pittsburghpets3759  4 года назад +1

      outdoor hose is fine but will need to be treated for chlorine and be up to room or tank temperature before fish

      @@pittsburghpets3759 does tap water work because I have 3 water conditioners and they are Nitrofying bacteria starter, Nutrafin Waste Control, Nutrafin Aqua plus and a cycle cemicles

      Tanner Plays I’ve always just used tap water for my fish tanks, obviously having to make sure it’s de chlorinated.
