Add an option where when it detects a lag spike or performance drop the quality changes to low and when the performance becomes good again it changes to the same setting it was put on
When we will get the spawning option in the game or an ai traffic ( by the way, you have to check the scale of the city map , the cars models are bigger than the shops )
Make maps like Beamng drive and the ability to open the hood of the door trunk gas tank, and I advise you to make a different engine under the hood! Good luck with the project!
