He doesn't have full range hence why he had to change his jumper, which is where the problem lies the kid isn't using his jump shot he had to change it cause he can barely use his shoulder. It takes whole years with therapy to recover from rotator cuff injuries and even then you're not guaranteed to have full motion in that shoulder. His shot won't be the reason he's a bust if anything it's gonna be his shoulder injury barring him.
