So since I recorded this a new piece of art has emerged that shows the White Indoraptor in even better detail (the thumbnail one)... so, enjoy. twitter.com/jurassiclegacy/status/1019942175000236039
Wwe amazed thats the joke. He is saying that because indoraptor was a male and he was referening jurassic world as well as the cut scene of the white indoraptor
Now I am imagining if EA was in charge of Jurassic World Evolution and decided to have lootboxes in the game, without even the courtesy to limit them to cosmetic skins: “The one thing we're very focused on, and they're extremely focused on, is not violating the canon of Jurassic Park. It's an amazing brand that's been built over many, many years. So if you did a bunch of cosmetic things, you might start to violate the canon. The Indoraptor in white probably doesn't make sense compared to Indoraptor in black. Not to mention you probably don't want Indoraptor in pink-no offense to pink, but I don't think that's right in the canon." *Random PC gamer proceeds to mod a white and pink Indoraptor into the game*
I would have loved to see the Indoraptor playing with the skull.I can just imagine it throughing it in the air and catching before it falls to the ground. And then it would look at Miles and it would take the pose in the image.

The Dilophosaurus "animatronic" is the model in the manor you see in the film. Also the technician's death, and how it took 3 darts to tranquilize the Indoraptor is supposed to foreshadow Wheatley's death and how he shoots it with 2 darts
They should've kept the Indoraptor alive and had it escape with the other dinosaurs at the end of Fallen Kingdom. They could show more of it's abilities and we could see how it faces off against other dinosaurs.
We should’ve had two Indoraptors in the movie. I loved the idea of Jurassic World having two Indominus Rexes. And it would’ve been even more *baller* if we had two Indoraptors in Fallen Kingdom.
Way better introduction. I thought the indoraptor was way less creepy than portrayed in the trailers. Plus I’m from America and seeing how kids react to scary stuff this would not be pushing the line whatsoever. Just seeing that skull added so much to what it could have been
I don’t understand please clarify lmao, I have no sense of humour.. Edit: oh noow I get it, it’s a white and black dinosaur like httyd3 and it’s scary, oooooooooooooooh fell free to r/woooosh me I sucked with that comment lmao
Personally, as cool as it is, I honestly could do without the white Indoraptor. The *initial* introduction to it, though (with creature grasping that human skull)? THAT would have been *AWESOMELY CREEPY!* 😃
I think past projects with Jurassic Park franchise should be archived after the third JW, and instead focus a newer story of Henry Wu and InGen making a break through and finding a full strand of DNA of several random other dinos either preserved in ICE or TAR, and when they clone a true dinosaur with no DNA fillers such as frog DNA they find the true dinosaurs were more vicious and scary than the ones from the original JP. Say the T-Rex with the quills on his back and bird-like agility/movements. Same with diloposaurus and possibly make compys the equivalent of the amazons piranhas... Discover what they originally though was velociraptor dna turned out to be utahraptor and have a whole new mess on their hands to clean up when a pissed off TRex starts shredding everything apart. Instead of the signature roar have it make a low birdlike purrr/rumble sound that reverberates in your chest just before it attacks.... I say build JP from the ground up with all the new up to date discovers of true dinosaurs... THAT would be terrifying... Imagine a TRex staring you down with a predatory hawklike accuracy as it contemplates how it will attack... You can't run away... You can't stand there. He cocks his head quickly side to side, sizing you up, tense and ready to tear you apart... And he won't swallow you in one gulp... He will pick you apart like a mouse, weirlding his sharp teeth and strong clawed arms. Because yes, their arms were actually strong and useful for feeding/attacking prey. 👌👌👌 Thats a movie i want to see!
that animatronic dilophosaurus is actually in the movie. It isn't a animatronic though. Its the maquette that is seen in lockwood manor squaring up against the stuffed velocirator. Also the dilo squeak can be heard at the beginning of the movie. Just before Rexy attacks the dude with the tablet that's opening the mosasaur gates.
A way they could have included the mutant last of us indoraptor in the main film is in main lab area below the manor. It could have been interesting to see failed renditions of the indoraptor that died, their bodys being stored for experimentation. This could also be a way to include the white indoraptor in the film. I also would have loved to see the indoraptor playing with a skull in the dark of its cage...so spooky.
The idea of them saving up the failed Indoraptors reminds me of RE 4, the lab area and the freezer where they got failed Regenerators lined up on meathooks. Would defently have been intressting to see failed Indoraptors the same way. Maybe even a scene where Owen and Claire gets to the lab to see all this, and among them is one small indoraptor, barley alive as its body is nothing but a mass of flesh and failure. and as a form of mercy, they kill it to spare it from its horrific excistence. or maybe that would be too dark haha But the skull scene would have added a form of horror to Indoraptor we didn´t quite get to see with the I. Rex, so deep shame they cut it
Hate to break it to ya but the film we got in theaters is the directors cut as stated by Collin himself. Sure it's 40 minutes and such but the final product is the film that he envisioned to make.
J.A Bayona said recently in an interview that there is no special Blue Ray Director's cut. He said the movie everyone saw in the theaters is his complete vision. I would have loved to see the Indoraptor playing with the skull though.... I also want to see the Dilophosaurus kill someone.
I think they should've kept the playing with the skull bit, as that would set the creepy vibe a lot better than it's origional intro did. however, I'm glad they cut the white indo vs black indo, because then the movie would of had that stupid 'hybrid vs hyrid' thing going, and it reminds me of the Spino vs the Rex in Jurassic park 3. perhaps having some of the other designs in the background, floating in like huge clear tubes or something, as 'failed designs' would've been nice.
The indoraptor has to be one of my favorites, the coloring , The design is just so cool! I would have loved to see that deleted scene of the indoraptor playing with the skull! And then the workers watching the tape! Gah that would have been cool
Now that I think about it, that Dilo head that you showed in the video did make it into the movie. I think that's what they used inside the diorama in the Lockwood estate along with the raptor.
There are 3 indo's one get mutated - die. There are the original indo and white indo -looks like the first version of indo - and they fight. The black one win. I think this good :D
i wouldve loved to see this in the moive. and itd be cool to see the indoraptor with the dilo crest and spit. i wish it wasnt killed off but just escaped with the rest
Here's a theory, What If the indoraptor is Maisie's sister? Think about it, the indoraptor comes into her room close to the end of the film. It reaches out like it was curious not going to kill her, also the indoraptor opens the door carefully like it was trying to be more human. And also the only thing to distract the indoraptor from Claire is Maisies screams. It could have easily killed her but it didn't. And when Blue runs off at the end, they zoom into Maisies raptor like eyes, this continues all three the film , they focus on her eyes.
I think id be intrested in seeing them be doing stamge pre sale tests in the movie it would probably get the audience thinking how they had raised the indo rapter ext but ainr nothin gana beat dat flim
The white indo concept looks like an albino with blind eyes. She could have been a deformed one that had to adapt to be effective, and that would have been scary to see.
they could've done it ala alien style, show a brief shot of various jars of varying sizes filled with failed indoraptor embryos. Much like how they did with the failed Ripley clones, seeing how the Indoraptor seems to take a lot of inspiration from the xenomorphs anyways. Would've been a nice little homage... As for the white indoraptor...eh I'm glad they didn't keep it because yeah, it'd be like with the I-rex, but do wonder now was the I-rex's sibling black? Marsani was pretty surprised to see she was white, which means either he's not seen the I-rex prior or he had only seen its differently colored sibling (assuming they hatched the two at different times) but that's me speculating oop I honestly would've loved the skull scene, mean I was a bit wondering but HOW do they know it'd take 3 darts to put the indoraptor to sleep? It alludes to an incident but we never are explained what this incident precisely was, it'd also make sense cuz then the indoraptor would know how to hunt humans
I wonder if a lot of these scenes got cut/scrapped pre and post production just to keep it PG-13. The scene when Wheatly? entered the cage and got his arm bitten off, I couldn't help but notice the lack of any and all blood that probably should have gotten everywhere. I do agree though, with all this concept art, we probably would have gotten a different movie entirely. Maybe even no Nublar outside the first 10 minutes.
The jurassic hybrids always remember me the ANIMAL and the demoneater from the novel " demon keeper" by Royce Buckinghamm . You should read the book, it's good.
BIS, I think the Dilo "animatronic" was used as the model fighting the raptor in the museum room where Mazzie, Owen, and Claire run from the Indoraptor.

Thanks for the complement. It really gave me a sense of pride and accomplishment.

That would be cute >x,3
It would also still show the indoraptors sadistic attitude
The first few look SO similar to the indominus rex
Ini
I no
Because it's the indominus Rex sibling
Yeah
Yeah. That's mainly why the dumped it. As well as the story of the black one eating the white one. On top of black being harder to see.
Should’ve had one in the game at least, as there was a black indominus
