    Additional tips from Bicol,ginagawa po ng Bicolano,kpg nilagay na gata sa niluluto,hayaan pong kumulo,bago haluin.

    Low fire and halo lang sa gitna, at pailalim lang, parang folding lang ang gagawing paghalo, once in a while😊 para maganda ang pagkaluto ng gata! Hope this help😉

    Pwde po ba sitaw instead of baguio beans.. wala po kc baguio beans sa thailand

      magkaiba sila mg texture crunchy ang baguio beans compared to sitaw. try using sigarilyas or winged beans or any beans na crunchy. pero if wala talaga pwd mo ein subukan 😊

    Puede konting halo lang, gamitin mo ang chopstick para hindi masyadong malabsa bantayang maigi para hindi masunog ang gata
    low heat lang. Enjoy!

    Over Cook na ung minced beef. Matigas nayan. D dapat over Cook ang beef.

      its your choice po not to over cook your beef but as for me beef are more prone to having lots ot parasites since they feed directly from the grass very close to worm eggs in the soil ... so it is better to cook it well to save yourself from being infested with flat worms. at hindi lang sa mga cows but sa mga hogs aswell lalo na amg free range pigs...sorry but i already had a very intense reseach on this matter. maybe you can do your own reseach dear. thanks for droppin' by 😊.
