At 8:40 I must stop the video! I'm 52 now and I have so much work experiences at restaurants, hotels and shops as a shop assistant, waitress, cleaner and also I have 10 years shop manager experiences in a busy tourist area but one think I learned very well "CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT"!! This video is disgusting about how is showing the customer's "wants"! I use to love this program, but not anymore! (Believe me, I did have so many difficult customers and guests in my 35 years work experience but I never ever had jock or show to others how bad they are , because we must be professional at work, even they have been shit on the floor, stoles goods, shouting at me,..... ! This video is great to show that HOW TO NOT, NOT TO BE WITH THE CUSTOMERS!!👏👏
