Cornish Shrimper Seabiscuit gets a new centreboard wire

While sea biscuit is out of the water, I replaced the Centreboard wire. The original wire was in good condition with only a few broken strands but while she’s out the water I took the opportunity to do it. I didn’t take that long, although I thought it was going to be a horrible job.

do you need to crimp the end of the new wire again, and does it come with the kit?

Can you advise how it is attached to the keel itself? Another wire crimp at the business end?
