It is always good to have a financial plan. I work with a professional planner and fixed-income strategist in NY. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.

People downplay planners role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license-fiduciary advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience.

I think retirement planning and investing are super important! It's never too early to start thinking about the future and setting aside money for retirement. Investing wisely can help grow your savings over time and provide a more comfortable retirement. It's always a good idea to seek guidance from a professional who can help you navigate the investment landscape.

Making money is not the same as keeping it there is a reason why investments aren't well taught in schools, the examples you gave are well stationed, the market crisis gave me my first millions, people shy away from hard times, I embrace them.. well at least my advisor does lol.

In 2024, investors should be cautious about their exposure and be wary of new buys, especially during inflation. Such high yields in this recession is only possible under the supervision of a professional or trusted advisor.

In my opinion, it was much easier investing back in the 90s but it’s a lot trickier now, those making consistent profit in these times are professionals reason I’ve been using an advisor for the past 5 years to consistently build my portfolio in preparations for retirement.

If your company doesn’t have a 401k, then I’d open a Roth IRA through either Vanguard, fidelity, e-trade, Charles Schwab. Buy the following within the Roth IRA: 2 tech (Apple and Microsoft) ans 2 index ETFs (VOO, VTI)

If you're self-employed or don't have access to a 401(k) through work, a SEP IRA or Solo 401(k) might be a good option for you. Again, I too will recommend reaching out to Julie Ann Lerch for personalized advice. her's a pro and will be able to help you figure out there best plan for your situation.

One pro of investing is that it can potentially turn you into a millionaire. On ther downside, it could also turn you into a poorhouse dweller. So, you know, it's a bit of a crapshoot. If you want to learn more about your options and how to minimize risk, I'd recommend chatting with a financial advisor like Julie Ann Lerch.

I'm considering a review of my $600K portfolio allocations, particularly in light of the pause in interest rate hikes. I'm eyeing some high-risk, high-reward opportunities. Crypto and emerging markets seem intriguing. Anyone else exploring these?

It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.

Accurate asset allocation is crucial, and some individuals use hedging strategies or allocate part of their portfolio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay financially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1M in returns on investments.

Last year Soleno Therapeutics did more than 2000%. Funny how I was sceptical when my financial advisor suggested the stock. I was like, what on earth is Soleno Therapeutics? I've made so much from small cap companies last year. Might be sticking to that this year still.

I've come to learn that small cap there are many potential growth stocks that are often overlooked because because they don't belong to the FAANG category. It takes an acute eye to notice these stocks and benefit from them.
