It's like pirates of the caribbean awe but more painful. Would've been even more painful with the anderson conversation if bioware didn't fuck with it.
It's great to see that a series that is more than a decade old can still resonate with people. I think Mass Effect is truly up there with the great fictional universes ever conceived.
I think more than one of us cried at the end of Shepard's adventures ... Anderson's death was one of the ones that hurt me the most, along with Thane's ... It's incredible how a game made with so much care and love, we can to empathize with fictional characters ... Characters more human than oneself and with their own story. I played the original trilogy over and over again, you always find something new ... and although there may be games with better graphics and more technological, Shepard's Journey, is one of the feelings that I still carry in my heart, even though I already I'm older (40 years old) ... Feelings that leave a deep mark on you ... I get excited even today, seeing the new players empathize with the characters ... I feel like I'm playing it again ... You moved me with your tears, and I also released a couple ... It's a great experience, "Like in the Old Times" ...
I feel for you, I truly do. The biggest strength of the trilogy is that it makes you care for everyone. I remember my first time (without any of the DLCs, with the original ending...). I felt like part of my family just ceased to exist. And I miss all of them. I miss Liara, Garrus, Tali and even Jacob (I don´t know anything about him, but I´m still curious to hear the bonus dialogue that´s supposed to be in ME2 when you beat the now inaccessible mobile game). Enjoy that feeling, and keep coming back 💖. And I think you made a good choice.
Genuine reaction! There is no other way to go through this if you are really invested in the game, Shepard and the characters! The tears you shed, others shed a thousand times over discovering different outcomes, reactions, dialogues etc.! You did good child, you did good. Everyone is proud of you!
EDI: and we will remember Shepard Me: hopefully not for being the reason why the quarians are extinct (or at least in the context of the trilogy since we do hear a distress call from the quarian ark in ME:A and the captain does use the quarian naming system with first name, surname and ship name)
What a journey! Thank you for sharing your first playthrough with everyone, it's such a treat to be able to watch someone go through the emotional rollercoaster that is this series. And thanks for sticking with your choices, not using guides, etc. It truly makes for a much more impactful experience, even if it hurts inside :D
Very interesting PT. I didn't have the fortune to go in completely blind, which meant I lost out on a bit of stuff. I've not managed to lose Kelly though. I'm rather pragmatic, which is what you have to be when dealing with her arc. Full paragon or renegade was never my style. I HAVE lost Zaeed. Funny how choices in ME2 can catch up with you in ME3...yikes. THAT BEING SAID...it was very brave to stick to your choices, not save scum, and push through. ALL of our first runs (BLIND ones, at least) are learning experiences. Good on you that you saw it through to the end. I hope you take the time to replay, see what you did, what you liked, and what you wish you had done, and do it your own way. Whatever you do, remember...there is ALWAYS another story. Your story.
You skipped a lot on the citadel dlc. It takes me hours to go through everything. Next play through, take your time. To save tali, do all her missions, save koris, and have the death mask on until after Rannoch. Make sure to have full four paragon bars. To save Mirranda, answer her calls as soon as you get her mails. Meeting her and warning her about Lang saves her. You probably know this now since I'm late to the party here
I cringed at how much Citadel DLC content she would have loved that she missed. It's a sore point because I did the same thing on my first playthrough. :/
@@davidvaughan5512 I didn't Cringe over it, she a great play through. But she did miss a lot of dlc content. The best part though is she can flesh that out the next time she plays through it. My first play through I lost Tali too. First in the Suicide mission bc Miranda was loyal bc I took Jack's side yadda yadda didn't have the points. So I had to roll that back. Then I lost her at Rannock (sp). Had to roll that back and go wayyyyy back. Had to do her mission again with the death mask because I was I was half Paragon and half Renegade. So I to do some backtracking. I even recently had a play through where I lost Kelley and Zaed. I also broke Miranda's heart, which I had to take back, I could handle her ugly cry. Lol.
This was an incredible Mass Effect trilogy playthrough. Your empathy, insight, and genuine interest made for some compelling content. I was happy to come along for the ride.
"I will not say: do not weep; for not all tears are an evil", once said Gandalf. I love how emotional you are, it's a proof the game did its job, isn't it ? But... destruction ending forever, hehe !!!! :D
You were getting some iffy information through the ME3 playthrough. The really important dialogue options aren't locked behind Paragon or Renegade points. The Geth/Quarian conflict is based on a lot of different choices in the past, not least of which is how Tali's trial was dealt with in ME2 as well as whether or not to rewrite the Heretic Geth. Obviously the side-missions play a hugely important role too. With the Illusive Man you need to try to persuade him exclusively via the same path at every opportunity (including some options hidden behind the Investigate dialogue paths) you have in the game. i.e. you need to ALWAYS choose Persuade or ALWAYS choose Intimidate for that final option to be available. Loved your playthrough though. I hope you decide to revisit the series at some point to get that perfect run. You'll still feel dead inside afterwards but at least you get to see a good end to all the stories along the way.
I'm happy someone like you that live every moment of the game have enjoyed and share with us you feelings, you screwed up some times but never with bad intention, just like real life you choose the best way for something but is not always as we wanted
I know I'm like a year late to the party but the only way to save the Quarians and the Geth is through actions in ME2. Both Tali and Legion needs to survive the Suicide mission, you must win Tali's trial in the fleet and you need to save Kal'reegar on Haestrom. Additionally you need to Destroy the Heretic Geth for legions mission and don't take a side for the Tali -Legion argument. In ME3 you need to Rescue Admiral Koris and do the Geth Fighter Squadrons missions.
The chance to be a true hero rarely happens to us. It's what separates this game from being merely a game or watching John Wick. You are the savior, in the most meaningful way. The way this series inveigled its way into my heart can at times be revelatory and make me introspective. I too tear up when the drama breaks into a fearsome force. Incidentally I'm 76 and play this game almost daily as I intrude into the more esoteric portions. This game's greatness is founded on tremendous writing and excellent voice actors and not being just a gun fest. BTW, your blowing your nose has happened to me too.
Destroy ending seems to be the canon ending. Synthesis is the least likely to be a valid option. It is there for emotional comfort, and many players choose it just to save everyone. There IS an 4th choice. No spoilers :) If you did not already, then play the trilogy again with full guides for best outcomes.
The 3 choices were always clear to me. First one I chose was destroy. Why? I lost the geth and edi I did not use. Illusive man is a "sick" person and control would definitely mean dying. Control on 2nd play... just to see what happens. Synthesis if you started to know edi and saved geth and tali. Otherwise all for naught. Destroy was actually why shephard and all went through the whole Mass Effect war. I once played "bad" shephard... I lost Tali on purpose 😢. I couldnt take it, reloaded and went back to my old choice.
I cried with you, and I am glad I did. Thankyou Your playthrough was a genuine blind playthrough, heartfelt and beautiful. You are awesome, and everyone that criticized your choices in your own playthrough can get stuffed. I loved it because it was genuine. I am a fan. Garrus wears his armor to bed cos Shep plays rough.
Hi there, I know this video is 8mo old, but I had to take the chance that you'll see this. I didn't see your whole playthrough, just this ending. It was so special to watch your emotional finale.
what i noticed when playing it countless times, when you pick the control or synth endings they put Sheps nameplate up. In the Destroy ending they put the name on but with a hesitation. i looked it up and a dev said its coz shep dying isn't certain and they hope to see them again. in addition to the ending of destroy also implies shep survived
Correct: Your military strength determines how protected the Crucible is, ensuring it only targets the Reapers. As a result, Shepard survives the Crucible blast, and Shepard's love interest feels she is still alive instead of placing her name on the memorial.
I watched your reaction throughout most of the end because it was pure, emotional, innocent, and how I felt on the inside the first time playing through. I mean, from a logical choice, is there a better one? Symbiosis is the only way for continued peace. Honestly, all of us 'men' playing this game were crying on the inside too, we just don't share our emotions as willingly. Thank you for your reactions.
2:13:54 If the Salarians are okay to have their own interest for their species, if it is okay for the Asari or the Protheans to prioritize their own interests, if it is okay for the KROGAN to prioritize their interest to cure the genophage, than why it is a problem for having humans to prioritize their own interests? Why is that called human supremacy but not for any other species as well? Just a quick though, because I always had hard time digesting the double standards... Only we humans should be be ones to fund our own destruction if others are taking us over?
I choose destroy since synthesis is basically doing the Reapers bidding. Destroy makes the most sense to me, but it's also the best ending if you have over 7600 in military strength.
I'm watching it only now, but the bottom line is that there's no best ending. There's your ending, and that's what counts. That unusingur person in the chat was either condescending, or patronising. Or both. It was a fantastic watch and I can't wait to continue watching you play through other games. Thank you!
I started watching new players after the Legendary Mass Effect came out. Can believe I just started Mass Effect 2 again. I love your reactions read hair awesome girl.
4:36:57 yes but the way EDI says "We will reclaim our worlds... and the stars." makes me think that the greens are gonna find out other organics and synthetics who weren't affected by the blast and then FORCE synthesis on them. and this blast was contained within Milky-Way so they might go as far as to travel outside of Milky-Way to Andromeda and other galaxies and then force synthesis on the residents there like the Kett, Remnant, Angara, etc. From this point-of-view, synthesis is more like a crusade than a cure
Morgan: listen up guys, women do not like bad boys! Garrus: I'm garrus vakarian, codename archangel. All-around turian bad boy Morgan: he's so cute omg! 😋 And best romance? Jack by far ;)
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl yeah lol, I don't see him as a bad boy either. The timing was just hilarious :). He's more of an ends justify the means type. Remember part of the reason he quit c-sec was because they wouldn't let him kill hostages in order to stop Dr Hart (Mr growing organs inside people's bodies dude). So I wouldn't really call him a true blue do gooder :p
Not Gonna Lie this is the first time I see her playing because the video was recommended to me, I didn't know her channel yet. Seeing how emotional she was at the end made me emotional too For me, I don't want to play the game a second time, because I made such a big connection with the Shepard that I created, that I'll feel kinda weird if i play it again Nonetheless, SUBSCRIBED
also don't let anyone make you feel bad about your choice! i love synthesis, i care about EDI and the geth, why would i choose to wipe them out when there was an option to save them AND organics?
@@elmasterpollo you do not take free will, you GIVE free will to synthetics. everyone becomes equal with the physicals benefits of synthetics (no disease) but the free will and individuality that organics have. people act like synthesis ending is turning all humans into robots and that's not the case at all. and just because saren was a bad guy (and even that's debatable if you play full paragon) it doesn't mean that his idea was a bad one, it was a good idea, it just wasn't possible for him to achieve it/he was going about trying to achieve it in the wrong way.
@@sparkleclover Here is the thing: Making everyone equal leave evolution stucked. So, the "perfection" the star child proposed by combining synthetics with organics and viseversa is a complete lie. Perfection can't be achieved in any way and the reapers know that. So how do we keep organics under control since it is clear that we can't wipe all existence of previous civilizations? Mix them with syntetics to keep them under quiet and create a new specie: The synthetics. And what tells you that the synthetics like the geth won't rise again? What keeps organics from thinking "Hey, we need more IA to be enslaved so we don't do chores" (Because lets be real, in that era i don't think much people do laundry). Basically the options are: Destroy all syntetics, control all reapers or destroy evolution :D. And you may say "How can you tell that evolution will be stucked?" Simple, no place for DNA reconstruction, no threaths to life in terms of survival, no need for protection, nothing. It is a false utopia where the organics lose. So which is the true ending? Obviously Destroy provides the best solution, even if they destroy all syntectics in the process. It's an affordable lost compared to the other option. Even if it hurts to kill EDI and the geth.
@@elmasterpollo sorry but i totally disagree with your interpretation, you're going off the assumption that everything the star child said is all lies, i don't think it was. we *see* what happens afterwards and that it wasn't a lie. i don't consider it a loss for organics when synthesis is the only ending where quarians no longer need masks and joker is able to walk again. so let's just agree to disagree. also the geth never "rose up", where are you getting that from? you've watched too much sci fi where sentient robots kill their creators for no reason. the geth were DEFENDING themselves, because they quarians ASSUMED they would eventually rise up and kill them all, just like you're currently doing, so they decided to try and kill all the geth first. they failed miserably, and the geth ended up winning, but it doesn't change that they attacked first. nobody can say whether they would have eventually attacked the quarians on their own, because they were never even given that chance or opportunity.
@@sparkleclover Of course we ain't going to agree on this subject, but i agree to disagree. What i say is that, yes, for the images postgame you can clearly see that people are chreeful and a perfect utopia. What i meant by using the geth is, there's going to be another type of synthetic or organic life that won't agree with the current thing, and more will join. I don't think all the species in the milky way one day say "heeeeeeeeeeeeey we are okay to accept any decision shepard makes because... well that, it's shepard." or the ones who suffer the most say "hey i know the reapers practically destroy our planets and they took our people as their servants, but now we okay because this". That's why i say that this ending is forcing ALL planets into an utopia they didn't agree to and then, what happens to those who don't like this change? Who don't want this synthesis? How other species from other galaxies will feel to see that most of the milky way host are glowing green. Now the output of the ending i choose is a socio-political view, of course i might be overthinking it too much and comparing it to real life, and i can see that even between humans this "synthesis" won't have a good outcome. Now why choose the destroy ending? Well, even tho you are whiping out all synthetics, its a sacrifice you are going to make in a all-in war in order to let all species evolve from themselves, do things as they want to be and let nature continue its course. Synthetics will be reinvented and even though they won't have that similarity with their creators, those may finally notice that lots of synthetics fought by their side and were willing to sacrifice everything for their creators and the universe, and may happen to the next to have more free will or maybe not, they will be just ensalved robots and end of the show. Who knows? That's a more realistic way of an end, but its a choice. That's why the game let you choose. At least we both agree that control is just... no.
Synthesis makes me too uncomfortable, since the organs of all life are replaced, and everyone is rewritten. The galaxy never got to grow past their mistakes, they're forced into a "We're all happy" utopia.
Synthesis is the only 'good' option. Control you are exerting your will on others so that's a no go. Destroy, will yes, destroy the reapers. But also the Geth and Edi and any other synthetic life. Eventually synthetic life will eventually be created again, and learn organic life was placed as more valuable than synthetic and the cycle of war will continue. Synthesis simply merges organic and synthetic. You keep your free will, they keep their free will. And both gains an understanding of the other allowing the wars and cycles to stop.
@@TheDraiden You're repeating what the Catalyst (Reapers) said. Destroying the Reapers completely changes the paradigm. Completely. Saying that organics will create synthetics that will kill them again is not known, despite what the Catalyst believes. Synthesis is what the Reapers want. It's what Saren wanted. Why would Shepard throw away everything he/she has fought for over the course of 4+ years to simply do what Saren wanted to do all along?
@@MattRowland Every cycle the synthetics go to war with organics. Before the cycles synthetics destroyed organics and had to be consistently stopped. It's a circle that keeps going round. So long as the killing keeps happening, the cycle will continue. A merge of synthetic/organic life while keeping free will, hopes and dreams alive while adding an understanding of each is the only likely way out. "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the results to change is the definition of insanity" - Einstein. Falling back into killing all synthetics falls into that paradigm. Atleast for me. You clearly have a different view.
@@TheDraiden Free will is thrown out the window when all negative traits are erased in the process. Krogan don't somehow lose their aggressive side from their organs being replaced unless their entire personalities were rewritten too.
@@TheDraiden Except this cycle showed peace between organics and synthetics are possible. This cycle was supposed to end in ME1, but look what's happened since then, the long standing war between Quarians and Geth ended. And said war only got as bad as it did because of the Reapers messing with Saren and the Geth. The catalyst has never dealt with such a change, and tried change the subject by waving it away as a temporary truce.
The First run Is something different. For my choices I had Wrex died in ME1 and Jack in ME2. Afterwards, when you play it again, It Is different. You might be able to reach the end of me3 where everyone survived and with no "mistakes". And when you don't like a result, you load back the save you want to pursue the story you wish. I Will Always Remember the First run when I could not save both geth and quarians because of my choices...
Unusingur said it seemed rushed. Yes, yes it was. Blame EA for that one. The original release date was 9/3/2012 but they pushed it ahead to 3/6/2012 instead. Thats what warranted extended cut.
It was a very nice playthrough, was intriguing to see how much it touched you, as it does with many people who give the games a chance. I was a little sad though, that in citadel DLC you threw the party too early, there were many more interactions and bits with current and former crewmates.
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl You can still go back and do it. They keep your saved game right before the last mission. Even after you decide to leave the DLC. Just need to revisit the apartment. The only thing that you can't do again is the Party, which is why everyone says you should do this last so all the characters are there. I think they did this because they assumed some people did the DLC much earlier than you did and might want to go back to do more Arena or Arcade.
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl If you go back and do it again (and as someone above pointed out, you can just load up your save on the Normandy after the end credits), I think you'll particularly love the Grunt, Jack and Thane ones. Although the Thane *one* will make you cry.
Huh I had no idea that shepard could reference TWO people when killing Kai Leng....I think originally it only allowed one in order of priority Thane > Miranda > Kirrahe
Among the four available endings it is impossible to determine which is the best. The only certain thing is what the true function of the Crucible was, that is the synthesis between organic and synthetic life. The Destruction consists in shooting at a part of the Crucible and this does not make sense, because thinking that a device resulting from an advanced alien technology works by shooting at it is like thinking that a sophisticated supercomputer starts up by hammering it. The Control is a partially correct use of the Crucible, because only the thoughts and memories of the user are exploited, but the molecular structure of the user remains unused. In short, the correct functioning of the Crucible consists in exploiting both the mental and molecular essence of the user.
I romanced Tali in my playthrough, and her good bye at the end just destroyed me. At random moments her words just come back to mind and I tear up. Quite some time a game made me invest so much in the characters :(
Love this reaction, bioware created a game that would get you attached to its characters making the emotions you had during this series real I know I had the same emotions at the end. The choices you made at the end are yours alone personally I like synthesis cus it kept everyone alive. The destroy option is the option to choose leading into ME4. You are lucky you could play each game after another I wish I could relive this trilogy for the first time. Take care!
What got me thinking the most about the Synth ending is about the Reaper forces itself, what about them, how do they feel.. Like the husks, brutes, banshee, etc.
Wow i just come to watch a reaction of the ending .... and WOW That true feelings in you omg, Thats was so intense, that i feeled through the Monitor. 😭😭😭😭😭 Dammit you get a new Abonnent.... now i have to watch the rest of your Yourney, but first i need to calm down for self offf. Don't worry, thats just shows, that your a (EDIT: very, strong) strong Women! ❤ EDIT2: WTH at 4:42:35 RIP Headset users XDDD ^^
The war assets determine how protected the Crucible is, the less damage it takes, the more accurate it is in only targeting Reaper tech. So in the perfect Destroy ending, the Reapers are obliterated, while all life is saved. The final scene changes to have Garrus smile, and not place Shepard's name on the memorial, as elsewhere, Shepard wakes up in the Citadel rubble. And Stargazer mentions to the child that Shepard has one more story. Judging by the Mass Effect 5 trailer, and how the devs have only mentioned extra stuff about what happened after Destroy (like Shepard being pulled from the rubble by their romance), it's the canon ending.
AHHHHHHHHHHH! Okay, my friend has a headcannon that the child you talk to at the end is actually just in Shepard’s head (since it’s the combination of both Shep voice actors). Shepard is finally indoctrinated by the reaper tech. Most people are indoctrination after being around reaper tech for only a short time, but Shep has been around it for so long and still hasn’t been indoctrinated? The child is they way the reapers are trying to avoid their destruction. She told me all this after I beat the game but now hearing your comment, ahhhhh!
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl The catalyst needed a form to take, in order to speak to Shepard. So it took the form of the child Shepard saw die, since his image was burned into her memory. The child focused specifically on Synthesis and Control, because those options wouldn't result in the Reapers dying. The reapers remain free, to strike whenever they want, because the child has every reason to lie to Shepard. (Indoctrination was debunked by the devs long ago, they never intended for that to even be a theory). Synthesis and Control are the paths Saren and the Illusive man fell to, neither option is long-term victory. As long as Shepard perfectly unites the galaxy, and never falters from her goal of destroying the Reapers, victory is assured.
@@willfanofmanyii3751 I would totally agree with destroy ending only if EDI and the Geth could be the same as before the crucible fires. Since repairing the hardware itself could be done, she won't be the same EDI we knew because she evolved during the games. But it's future. We'll see.
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl The Indoctrination Theory is disproven by both the devs and dialogue within the game. If Shepard was indoctrinated, Control would have never been proposed as an option to Shepard.
I enjoyed this playthrough so much! You had so many of the same reactions to scenes and the music that I did and I could relive those feelings along with you. This game wrenched my heart out and stomped on it a bit and it's remained with me for all these years (since 2012). Even my car's license plate refers to my Shepard. BTW, I picked synthesis the first time, too.
I just discovered your channel today, and your tears really touched my heart. I cried a lot with the ending of the trilogy, too. Could I suggest you to play Mass Effect Andromeda now? It's kindaaa a spin-off of the original trilogy, where we follow what happened to the ark ships that ran away from the Milky Way before the Reapers arrived. It's definitely a lighter story than the trilogy, and it's connected to Mass Effect 4, so yeah - I absolutely recommend it. (Also: Jaal's romance is on Garrus's level. It's FANTASTIC.).
I have never wanted to skip right to the end of a video than I do when I see people playing ME for the first time. I'm currently at the 3hr 38 mark Wondering damn it girl what choice did you make and if you made the choice I hope you did, have you done enough to get that ending and by the ending we all know the scene I'm refarining too.
I love your play style. I am not that in your face, I'm more sniper than anything. I was 0311 ( grunt. Infantry) in the Marines. I was taught different.
2:31:43 no that’s what happen if you don’t pay attention if you completed Rannoch: geth fighter squadron you’d have both of them and you were even told twice by both Legion and Raan to do it and you just didn’t do it there’s a difference between playing blind and ignorance and you were ignorant during Rannoch
Thank you for the excellent lats play of this legendary series. Thank you for the emotions, for the sincerity. I hope you will please us with new videos. I highly recommend The Witcher series. This is the closest in terms of emotional component and attachment to the heroes that it was after Mass Effect
I got a lot of criticism for playing this game. With this game it feels like we are there. And I don't have to deal with holier than thou maggots that know it all.
N7🔺🥺. I’m so excited for the upcoming Mass Effect. Love how you have a personal connection with Laura’s VA 🤩. Specially knowing how much work the VA’s have to do for this.
Thank you so much for synthesis. I like you emotion and carefull of other and you reasonble too even when you crying. You worried about love intrest and still want not be egoistic but help for evryon in galaxy! I am very gald that i see that finale with you!
Considering her choices during rannoch that would be the most undoing thing to do lol. Trust me she chose the most best thing in her personal playthrough.
You need more than 7400 war assets to get that scene or else it just ends like control and synthesis with the romance option putting up Shepard’s name and fly away and she had 6942 war assets
Great watch. Definitely the best series. You should've shot the catalyst....that is a hysterical ending. Have you seen thr other endings? Including, shooting the Catalyst.
At 3:00:00 She ask if skipping talking to team will mess with game... NO IT WILL NOT.. you are at the end of the game it has ZERO effect at this point in the game. She should have ignored the idiots telling her it will have an effect on the game. They have no idea what they are talking about.
I was almost worried you wouldn't get the Synthesis option due to war assets. But am glad you did. I myself chose destroy. Synthesis I just too much utopia and deus ex, sorry to say 😂. But am glad you achieved some peace.
Damm, ME3 is like an emotional timebomb
This game means so much to me. Even after watching it 100 times, I still can’t help myself but cry. N7🔺❤️
It's like pirates of the caribbean awe but more painful. Would've been even more painful with the anderson conversation if bioware didn't fuck with it.
It's great to see that a series that is more than a decade old can still resonate with people. I think Mass Effect is truly up there with the great fictional universes ever conceived.
i am a less heartbroken person when i have seen more and more people all around the world crying like me by seen these wonderful endings!😢
Pure example of why you shouldn't have a chat while you're playing this game just do what you do
So many important moments and detailed missed...
EDI: and we will remember Shepard
Me: hopefully not for being the reason why the quarians are extinct (or at least in the context of the trilogy since we do hear a distress call from the quarian ark in ME:A and the captain does use the quarian naming system with first name, surname and ship name)

Lol.
@@thesaltygamer1204 I've only done two playthroughs but I still managed to get Kelly killed both times in different ways 🫤
This was an incredible Mass Effect trilogy playthrough. Your empathy, insight, and genuine interest made for some compelling content. I was happy to come along for the ride.
I’m so glad you joined me for the ride! And I cannot thank you enough for clipping every stream! You deserve the world!
If you are the person who clipped this whole playthrough and made it available to the rest of us then you are a bloody legend. Thankyou.
I came for the emotional reaction to the ending and I was not disappointed
BUT
the chatguy yelling "stop stop" had me cackling like an old fart 🤣
Ur not alone, many have go this way and cries a lot of tears, good job u did it rly well. i feel with you
Destroy ending seems to be the canon ending. Synthesis is the least likely to be a valid option. It is there for emotional comfort, and many players choose it just to save everyone.
There IS an 4th choice. No spoilers :)
If you did not already, then play the trilogy again with full guides for best outcomes.
There’s no canon ending
And thats why ME will always be in my top 5. In 2013 I blindly wished ME Trilogy for PS3 as a christmas present. One of the best decisions in my life.
Yo tampoco vi las opciones, fui directo a la luz como una polilla
Thankyou
Your playthrough was a genuine blind playthrough, heartfelt and beautiful.
🎉😅❤
10-10
We both love us gareth 10 Yeats
Congrats on you're playthrough, I've had two playthroughs and chosen synthesis both times, the game gets you emotionally engaged, great experience 👍👍
I choose destroy since synthesis is basically doing the Reapers bidding. Destroy makes the most sense to me, but it's also the best ending if you have over 7600 in military strength.
Ohhh man, you just got "husked" the whole galaxy😁🤷♂️
Why Synthesis both times? Not giving you shit just curious. Playthroughs take a long time so I’d figure you want to try something else.
You did good, Gamergirl, you did good. I’m proud of you.
... what? She mindlessly went through the games, reading chat nonstop. This was a legitimately terrible playthrough in every way.
lol
Lovely playthrough! It's been fun watching. RIP Tali, never seen that actually play out before.
You lost Tali .... 😭
Morgan: listen up guys, women do not like bad boys!
Garrus: I'm garrus vakarian, codename archangel. All-around turian bad boy
Morgan: he's so cute omg!
😋
And best romance? Jack by far ;)
It’s so funny because I feel like he’s not a bad boy 😂😂😂 he’s seems like such a do gooder who only wants what’s best for everyone.
The other voice actor that surprised me was Samara. Who is Voiced by Maggie Baird mother of Billie Eilish Pirate Baird OConnell
It's the music that does it.
they cut shepard and anderson the last conversation i don't know why, search youtube for uncut version, it will make you more tear up
Because it contradicts the lore.
You failed the last conversation check because you didn't investigate options with illusive man.
Not Gonna Lie
this is the first time I see her playing because the video was recommended to me, I didn't know her channel yet. Seeing how emotional she was at the end made me emotional too For me, I don't want to play the game a second time, because I made such a big connection with the Shepard that I created, that I'll feel kinda weird if i play it again
Nonetheless, SUBSCRIBED
also don't let anyone make you feel bad about your choice! i love synthesis, i care about EDI and the geth, why would i choose to wipe them out when there was an option to save them AND organics?
Because you literally take all free will. Basically you give Saren the right point since ME1.
At least we both agree that control is just... no.
Freddie Prinze Jr. as Vega was awesome
It was the “I’m sorry, Garrus” for me.😭
Synthesis makes me too uncomfortable, since the organs of all life are replaced, and everyone is rewritten.
The catalyst has never dealt with such a change, and tried change the subject by waving it away as a temporary truce.
i always choose control because i want to hear that badass shepard-reaper speech at the ends xD
Which one? There are two.
Tali not at the party? WTF!?
Omg. Pleeeeeaaaaaase play the Gears of War series. Your emotion is infectious, and I would love to see you react to that series!
Gg on completion!
I actually lost count how many times I've played Mass Effect.
Love Synthesis ending. Its very logical conclusion of whole saga.
Unusingur said it seemed rushed. Yes, yes it was. Blame EA for that one. The original release date was 9/3/2012 but they pushed it ahead to 3/6/2012 instead. Thats what warranted extended cut.
You are now my favorite redhead. This game is my all time favorite game. It is a master piece. ❤❤❤❤
1:09:00 ".... ah, do I need to talk to kaidan?" 🤣 so relatable
It was a very nice playthrough, was intriguing to see how much it touched you, as it does with many people who give the games a chance. I was a little sad though, that in citadel DLC you threw the party too early, there were many more interactions and bits with current and former crewmates.
Gosh darn, I thought I had come across them all! But thank you!
The device Shepard shoots is the Crucible limiter, destroying it causing the Crucible to release it's full energy when it fires.
Now you know why its the greatest of all time. I absolutely LOVED the ending. Thought it wad beautiful whichever you pic
There's a special place in hell for people who say ME3 ending is bad.
I've only ever played the Legendary Edition, but from all accounts the original rushed ending was pretty terrible.
@@davidvaughan5512 nah
This finale made me cry too. Thank you, EA, for nothing.
Especially the Cannibals, who've ... well... been CANNIBALISING corpses.
@@ThatRedheadGamerGirl Indoctrination theory is quite interesting and very popular in Mass Effect community, but it was refute by game developers.
The music at the end always gets me
I enjoyed this playthrough so much!
Absolutely incredible
Very few games are Mass Effect level... Witcher 3... Horizon Zero Dawn...
Excellent choice. Synthesis is indeed the way. I approve.
lol
I just discovered your channel today, and your tears really touched my heart. I cried a lot with the ending of the trilogy, too. Could I suggest you to play Mass Effect Andromeda now? It's kindaaa a spin-off of the original trilogy, where we follow what happened to the ark ships that ran away from the Milky Way before the Reapers arrived. It's definitely a lighter story than the trilogy, and it's connected to Mass Effect 4, so yeah - I absolutely recommend it. (Also: Jaal's romance is on Garrus's level. It's FANTASTIC.).
Love that Kim Possible ringtone
You need to watch the endings as shepherd does survive if done right
No news on the new me
And watch the trailer released last year you will like it
If you wanna cry your eyes out i recommend the indie game "to the moon". Holy hell that game broke me down with its story :O

Just so long as you chose the Quarians over the Geth.

I was almost worried you wouldn't get the Synthesis option due to war assets. But am glad you did. I myself chose destroy. Synthesis I just too much utopia and deus ex, sorry to say 😂. But am glad you achieved some peace.
But without additional content to suggest otherwise Synthesis remains the best potential option.
