On paper this matchup seems awful for Incin. Kirby’s biggest flaw is his lack of mobility and Incin’s is the worst in the game.

It’s fine for Incin, probably around even. Neither have great mobility or projectiles, but both get good reward off grab, which means they both have to play footsies and scrap up close. Kirby has slightly faster frame data, but Incineroar has better range and stronger aerials. Kirby can edgeguard, but Incineroar can kill very early, especially with Revenge boosts. Kirby has the better recovery, but Incineroar survived longer. It’s pretty evenly matched overall.
