Today I'm eating a MASSIVE Cheesecake Factory feast with my bestie Candy aka Hungry Fat Chick! We are having an Italian dinner, for the most part. Homemade Fettuccine alfredo, which seems like an easy and quick recipe but you never know, I think these are hand pulled handmade noodles from scratch! The cheese and flavor is better than the Local italian restaurants. We also have spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage. As well as Mac N Cheese balls, butter and rolls, Factory nachos with guacamole, rigatoni, sweet potato fries, and a breakfast burrito. And 5 flavors of cheesecake!

I know most of you don’t understand food addiction, it’s as hard to quit like cigarettes. I know cause I was 250 lbs female and I’m only 5’2. So I was classified as super morbidly obese. I was a eater and a smoker. One day I just said enough is enough, some people reach that stage and some don’t. I’m now healthy, I don’t smoke and I dropped my weight down to 129lbs. I do feel better now , but i feel guilty because I watch these videos to satisfy my cravings while I stay healthy and they continue to deteriorate. I guess it is what it is. Merry Christmas everyone and a happy new year

It's so weird...I watch another Muckbanger named Tzuyang and EVERYONE absolutely loves her. She eats more than 10 grown men in one sitting. The difference is that she is skinny and doesn't get fat eating like that. She is S Korean and doesn't eat things like the Cheesecake factory..or cheesecake..lol. but she does eat A LOT of noodles and massive meat and seafood. As someone who always had my parents comment on my weight as a child... (on my first diet at 8) Then be bullied in school and suffered with anorexia from 12-26 (then binge eating till 31, I am 33 now!) and a personal trainer where my image is important.... I can't imagine how freeing it must be to sit down and just eat whatever the fuck I wanted with someone else, with no shame. Just pleasure... One day... One day maybe I'll mukbang with you!... (In my dreams)... Still though.. I'll remember this comment, just on the off chance lol.
