Belle is definitely (for me) the most interesting vocalist of the current KPOP generation. Her technique and tone are just unmatched. Her vocal break is perfectly placed and almost intentional. It added a flavor to the bridge. Her vocals are almost “western” level I should say, with how advanced it is. It’s refreshing
To me its bc kpop vocalists rarely ever really play with melismas/runs/vocal acrobatics. The few who do it are only decent, compared to western artists who tend to have more musicality (imo) D.O. and Belle stand out for example
Finally someone appreciating Belle's straight up R&B vocals just going off in the back, she literally does this every song, she's insane..you should reallyyy watch one of their recording behinds, insane, just chills the whole time. I would suggest their Midas Touch recording behind, it's the most recent & They're actually gonna be at Waterbomb 🤭July 7th

What i love the most abt Belle's vocals is that it's so fresh and artistic sounded without neglectimg the technical part. Most main vocals sings by the books, from notes to notes. They could have the bests technique but bland that they started to feel similar, but Belle's artistic choice and musicality is so fresh in kpop scene now.
