Great work! Im currently doing the 28 day Weightloss 2023 Challenge and its kicking my butt. Im 62yr. and used to teach fitness most my life but as I got older things didnt stay the same. Im wanting to lose 20pds and tighten up. Thanks for the share, I will be doing this challenge after this. Im on day 11 of the Challenge and can see differences already especially in my clothes!

I also finished Hourglass challenge recently and started 2019 2 weeks Shred Challenge straight away, must say it's another level of cardio and abs work 😅 but feels great and more challenging. I like the fact that you included what you ate , it gave a better idea and I know I am late but I wanted to ask what weights did you use , I mean how many kg/lbs dumbell can you please tell ??
Anytime 😊 no, I didn't walk or do anything extra. I do however get a little extra steps and movements in with dance practice for the shorts video challenges I do. That's about 3days a week on average, so not every day.

@@CheriseScrivenI think you have misunderstood me... I meant to say that at 9:09 , the way you wore the pants, is it possible to make excercise video like this? Low waist means 3 to 4 inches below belly button.. Thanks..

I like your munchie plates where you do a bunch of different random foods lol that's how I like to eat a bunch of variety and indecision even if it doesnt go together XD
Hahaha 😆 thank you! Yes it's usually a mixture of leftovers and random cravings before bed, sometimes some very unusual combinations too lol. Glad I'm not the only one who eats like that 🌼 🌸
You can do full body everyday but it can be tiring long term and whole body always sore. I prefer splitting the days like she does in her programs. Rather follow her program if you can 🌸 I felt it was perfectly created for sustainability with even 2 rest days per week 😊
All the previous challenges I posted prior to this video have led me to that point, you can simply look back at my older videos for those exercises. I've been documenting my weight loss journey for just over 2 years now 😊 this video was for the 3kg loss in this video. I hope that was helpful 🌼 🌸
