if its the cloud storage offerd by same app ...most of these apps have their own cloud storage service. but if your cameras are working on same app should be able to use same cloud storage I guess ...
Hello, how to delete the pass records? Im confused. Can't see any option for deletion. Im the type of reviewing time to time, and wanted to delete so I could use more space on SD card. Hope you could help.
when you on the app you can check CLOUD STORAGE OR SD CARD and you can delete old records other wise I think its on loop recording....when full it will start over

@@blangtok if you can't see anything its probably not connect properly ? make sure to check the WiFi passwords are correct and follow the vidio step by step...maybe you missed a step ? good luck
@@allencmckinnon it has a adopter that plugs to.the wall but I'm sure if you handy you can plug your solar panel as long is its the right connection and voltage . please do some research and avoid frying your camera or your solar panel but yes its possible
@@MarifeBerame-e7b there is step you might have missed ? its little tricky just move the phone back and forward to scan also turn the volume up so you hear the beep when it scan .check the WiFi code and password are correct .if not working start the process from beginning .sometime takes few try

The device is always offline..so I decided to reset it . After I reset, the device ask to" check the network of the device" I don't know how..what wilk i do.. please help.the device have SIM card already..😢
Re check your wifi pass word , when installing my camera it said PLS CHECK YOUR CONNECTION six times but then I discovered I’d put one wrong letter when putting my wifi password in when signing in , I changed it and it connected instantly.
It only works for me when i have the app open. Soon as my locks it stops recording. Also how do i put the light on. I clicked infrared i clicked smart i clicked colour and none of them made it come on
When I ordered my camera I also ordered it with the memory card so they did send a card but the camera app keeps telling me it is not a TF card. But, the app I ordered from sends the card with the camera. So Iam assuming I have to go purchase a TF card separately. Yes or no?
@@gooddealguyinc I have no phone or internet plan other than home wifi. I will figure it out I do have a Laview Nvr with 4 cameras,it works from public wifi, it took me a while to figure that out,am sure will eventually figure it out on my 2 new v360 pro, but so far just works on my home wifi. I had thought it was going to solve on my older phone.

Может кому будет полезно мой опыт: камера перестала видеть вай-фай, сброс на заводские не помог подключиться после 10 попыток. Пока не вытащил карту памяти, которая стояла в камере. После этого подключился легко. То есть, после сброса на заводские снова подключаться лучше без карты памяти
@@araleiclaravall3523 what do you mean ? the SD memory card ? you have to check what size capacity SD memory card will fit . in the manual I believe I will check this for you soon
the first time you scan the code on the camera ( on the side ) and than aks for WiFi and password and than once done you can see a QR code on the phone screen and you hold it against the camera to scam it .hope this helped

I have never tried it on the PC . have you tried installing the app on PC ?
I always suggest watch video with a different device or another phone while you settings up the camera so you can do it step by step

what are you trying to do ? it only records when the app is open and you push record .
BUT if put memory card inside that will record it for you .

My camera is just stuck on saying welcome to use over and over again...
