Do you recommend wearing safety goggles when running a power saw, or is squinting enough?

You actually have to squint and not look directly at the cut while cutting. Basically side-eye it the whole time.
Pocket door hardware: you get what you pay for. A lot of people hate pocket doors because so many people use cheap ones like this.
I never had an issue with them, but of course there are much better models out there
