Any recommendations on how to play? Cheers! P.S the pains not really that bad it’s just the slit is in a position that when I slide the string will go into my cut and it’s weird and painful. Hey, I'm going to wait for a bit to see if the people at WMG (or RUclips) decide to pull their heads from their arses, but if not I'll have to redo them. It's a strange situation, yesterday my videos were blocked and unblocked in the space of a few hours. According to this ruclips.net/user/music_policies "Bang Bang" should be viewable worldwide.
I did some research last night reference this problem. Some advice given was to host your videos elsewhere i.e. not on RUclips and provide a video link to that video through RUclips. It would be worthwhile trying to drive more traffic to your website so that you could utilise Google Adwords or similar to support your channel and site. You have a great, intuitive way of performing and the addition of the scrolling tabs enables people like myself to learn at a quicker rate. Hope you find a happy solution and keep up the good work. At least Bang Bang is back up. Cheers.
Wow thanks a lot, I really appreciate the support. The website was a quick job to host the tabs, so I might look at making it into something decent. I was considering doing some sort of patreon thing later down the line, but it's going to be hard getting any viewers without the newer stuff. Not many people are searching for the old songs any more.
I know what you mean. I think that the type of niche music that you are covering will quickly bring a decent following to your site. Covering a track without the original playing in the background should see it stay on the site. Create another channel so that there is always a back up and play riffs in the style of and put that as a title. Eg. Green day revolution radio styled riff.... Something a little more vague but that has the key wording. Another way to gain views is to send your videos as a reply to other videos on other channels. I've not done any music videos but in the past I did gaming videos and that is how I gained hits on my channel. In your video description box, you need to create worded search terms. Ie. Hash tags of green day, guitar, covers etc. Hope this advice helps a little.
You mean, when you play Powerchords? Then you just got to mute the other strings, which you don't play. I just rest my index finger on the other strings.

If you get your hand into a rhythm like that, it doesn't hurt too much. It just becomes natural
