Thanks a million for the engagement. And yes, that is most definitely the plan. A bit late getting started, but that was the goal, to start. No stopping now!

Thanks for the engagement. One of the many ways to do it. Love these larger selections of protein. They take time, it’s done when it’s done.

First video I have watched of yourself. Great video. Showing us an alternative in a big cut 👍 Not afraid to season👍 Great looking end product 👍 I'm looking forward to your next cook. Cheers

Thanks for the engagement. Can’t be afraid of these larger than life cuts of meat. I love brisket being a native Texan, too much can be overwhelming sometimes. Wanted to show others what else is out there. Again, thanks for your comment, much appreciated!!

Indeed, working on it now, previous homeowner had the smoke alarms hard wired in with the home protection system. I am working to get these removed in lieu of the stand-alone battery type as we speak. Thanks for the engagement!

Thanks for the video! BTW you should consider using a food grade spray bottle.

What a great idea. Im gonna be trying this out soon. How long did you let it rest for?

Was pressed for time on a Sunday night. This rested in my igloo pre-heated cooler for a little over an hour. Ideally, if I started a bit earlier, I would have rested upwards of six to eight hours, just got a bit of a late start. Definitely appreciate the engagement, means tons!!

    looks burnt

Not burnt, it’s called Bark. The whole purpose of using the 16 Mesh Black Pepper. For as long as this cooked, if it was burnt, it’d also be bone dry on the interior. Thanks for the engagement.
