I’m sure they’re getting compensated well for their effort, it’s his team and he doesn’t make his show happen just by himself in the end. At this point Eric’s brand became synonymous with great visuals. I mean if we’re going to start giving credit for everything other than the music then the list will get veeery long. The main reason why people buy tickets is to see Eric and to hear his music.

Thank God for thoughtful and generous people like you who post these videos for those of us who are unlucky enough to live in a "prydz-free" zone. He was finally going to play here in Seattle for the first time in 5 years last New Year's Eve. Needless to say I was beside myself with excitement to finally be able to see him here. But as bad luck would have it, they canceled his show because of that surging COVID strain at the time. I don't remember having been (and as you can tell, still am) that disappointed and upset for quite some time. And, to add insult to injury, he has not rescheduled anything here at all, and our entire PNW area is nowhere to be found on his schedule. It's like a particularly cruel form of torture to finally schedule a show here after such an absurdly long time, only to cancel it and then go right back to ignoring us altogether.
Therefore, videos like this are particularly special to me. Thanks again!
That's sad to hear, I was also waiting to attend an Eric Prydz concert since many many years, probably that's why I now love to record his shows, it's just something unforgetful. I'm glad you enjoyed the video, cheers bro!!!

This set was the 10th time I saw Eric Prydz, and he never disappoints. He has a way of evoking deep emotions in his music and DJ sets- to a point where, to me, going to one of these shows is kind of like a spiritual experience. It's so special that we are able to have this in our lives. What an incredible man, and fuck me it was an incredible night ❤

This is the way it should be. I felt the same emotional mountain top experience every time I went to a rave where DJ Jeno was spinning way back in the day. It makes my heart sing to hear your of your experience. Enjoy the journey!

I was there - HOLO is a sensory overload that everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. There's a sequence (around the 1:31:00 mark) where a spaceship takes off from earth with everyone watching, goes into outer space, then an astronait gets out and speeds through the vortex. Never have a I ever seen those many people, tripping balls, standing still in awe of one man. Great set of people at HOLO this year; thanks to every one of them for making it so special.
i have experienced HOLO once long time ago in japan during a Hatsune Miku Concert.

I'll never gonna get tired of saying say that OPUS is THE BEST track to close a set, a festival or a Prydz's show. It's a rollercoaster of emotions and ends in a progrrssive form wich lets you completely satysfied. I just closed edc Mx 2023 with Eric Prydz playing opus last weekend and I still have the chills when I hear it

Music wise, this HOLO set had the best mixes in its order.
As much as I like Everyday is a mirage mix, I think for HOLO, he should split the two songs out like he did in this one unless he's on a time crunch like he was at Coachella.

I love Eric and I know this is a controversial opinion but I much preferred the discovery ending of this set at tomorrowland vs the opus ending.
Controversial indeed - I was at Tomorrowland for HOLO and it was the discovery ending. I was disappointed to not get Opus, as its one of my favourite tracks of all time, but I am glad that he did it here and that I could "experience" it somewhat. At least with this ending you get a bit of both, but I think the discovery ending is a more complete story.

Enjoying the experience just at the moment and then completely forget it some years later, videos like this are for forever in fans memories, anyone can relive the experience and share it to people who didn't or weren't able to attend it, there's no shame on that at all.
@@darkhoukyraptor i completely understand that. But the fact that all you see is phones recording is a bit sad. Its a bonus that someone took the time to tape the whole performance, however i feel like people have forgot how to live in the moment. Imagine if everyone took the time to take it all in and really be there, how memorable it would then be. The atmosphere would change and the experience would be unforgettable. I have only been to a handful of concerts were recording the show hasn’t been the main focus, and they are ALWAYS more memorable. Except Muse, cause i fuckin love em.
