    I've learned to work with a good old fashioned GI "M1" web sling. Ridiculously useful for as simple as it is!

    I'm just curious how much the rifle weighs ?
    I have same Chassis weighted with scope and it's pushing over 18 lbs.
    Mine is Bergara 6.5 creedmoor

    Best advise. Shoot your best. Ignore other shooters scores. Do not chase your previous shots. Take your time. It is better to have 16 great hits than rush it and have 20 rounds with 7 or 8 misses.it is never the gear. It is all about the guy behind the gun.

    Thinking about ruger précision rim fire rifles , will that be good to start with ? Which ammo better ? They have 3 versions I.e. 22lr, 22mag and 17hmr?

      Thank you

      @Womfat  2 года назад

      If you plan to participate in rimfire-PRS, all the matches I know of are restricted to .22LR only. The other calibers will have other applications for hunting and more, but I’m not familiar with that as I only do PRS matches.

      @@Womfat ok thank you, I intend to stick to 22lr . Would you recommend ruger précision or other make ? Your cz is too expensive for me lol

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  2 года назад

      there are some entry level versions of the 457 that are cheaper than the RPRR, I personally would look to those or a T1x but the RPRR is plenty good to get you started as well.

    How much down ward elevation do you have left after you have zeroed at 25 or 50 yards before the turret bottoms out or how many clicks do you have left after you have zeroed the turret, very nice set up, I am just waiting for my acc chassis to be delivered, I have a cz455

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  4 года назад +1

      I've never actually maxed it out, I'll have to get back to you when I have a chance to check. I'm sure you'll be happy with the ACC!

      @@Womfat yeah cheers, I have the 5x25x50 PST gen2 which has the zero stop on my cz455 but I will be changing it out for the 6x24x50 diamond back and was wondering if I go past the zero, how far or how many click I would have, it would be interesting to see how many Clicks are left before I change the scope over

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  4 года назад

      @@ozzyplinkster8841 Oh I see, you mean how many clicks past zero the other way (pushing shots down)? Why are you switching to the diamondback, is that not a downgrade from the PST?

    • @ozzyplinkster8841
      @ozzyplinkster8841 4 года назад

      Yeah exactly
      I am gonna use the PST on my 223

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  4 года назад +1

      @@ozzyplinkster8841 Oh that makes sense. So I checked for you and with my 50yd zero, I have about 5mils down and 14mils up. which is about 17moa down and 48 moa up.

    What kind of flash suppressor are you using ? Do you need a flash suppressor ? Newb question, sorry.

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  4 года назад

      It’s the TNA Mini Brake. It’s technically a brake and not a flash hider. I had it on the barrel to help protect the crown, totally unnecessary for 22LR.

  • @FrankyV911

    which scope rings are you using and height 👍

    • @Womfat
      @Womfat  4 года назад +1

      Vortex Pro series, low height. The Area 419 base is quite high, otherwise I'd use mediums probably

    What scope caps are those or did I miss it in the video

    • @Womfat

      They're vortex flip caps, the cheaper ones (not the defenders)
