This tournament was idealistically speaking a reason for content creators to play with one another even if they havent played in a while. Pinning them against professional players was bullshit. This is something that Rubius understood when he started his second tournament putting little challenges for the most competent which even then showed that the skill gap is just too big to overlook.

The way I see it is that pros ruined the experience for the content creators by creating a duo with another pros, so the content creators ruined the experience for pros by teaming with every content creator involved. In my opinion its fair since it was advertised as a bit of fun tournament which it clearly wasn't for the ones getting trashed on by the pros of spawn.

Look here's the whole thing summed up: Organizers of tourney misled the content creators and pros so games were unfair, content creators were upset so they disrupted that one game, causing the pros to have 6 games instead of 7, causing justified frustration for the teams (pros) near the top of the leaderboard due to having that game's points voided.
The organizers game them permission and didn't count this match... they should have had an extra match after this to still give people a chance to come back
The fact epic games not only said yes to this but gave you a whole voice chat for the meme. I personally think this will go down as a fort fortnite classic moment and I'm honored to have witnessed it during livestream.
