It's a bit offtopic question but I'm wondering, how does the driver know the speed limit restriction ? As I've saw there is only the sign where the speed restriction start but none to announce the speed reduction, how do the driver knows ? Anyway again very nice video, cheers from France !!

この高架工事の前、市民会館（池）の所に長年、前に進まなかった道路、踏切がようやく完成。
そのため、交通渋滞が緩和されて来ています。
高架工事は不要だったかもしれません。
