Make sure she drinks lots of water so she doesn't get dehydrated and make sure she rests as much as possible whilst getting some fresh air at some point to clear her head a bit. I'm not a doctor but i know from personal experience that these things will help the fever go away as quickly as possible, but the main thing to do with a fever is to wait it out, and maybe get medical advice from a doctor if her temperature rises above 40 degrees C or if she experiences severe headaches, a tight feeling in the chest, or shortness of breath, in which case the doctor might prescribe her a certain drug
