The price on each item you just listed is about to go up. Great content, i dont play wizard, but the buzzards are gonna be all over this by the end of week.
I’ve been putting magic pen gear on some of my budget to mid range kits to help against players running magic resist gear. You can usually get some magic pen on spell books, gloves, and iirc pants. Usually gear with this roll won’t cost you significantly more.
@@cngblade haven’t done the math, it’s hard to test. But I’ve noticed I have an easier time taking down high mr classes like barbarians and warlocks by stacking true damage and magic pen on a few pieces. Book can roll up to 10 magic pen iirc then I try to put it on at least one other piece.
@@TheCgio5 Yes, I also find that spellbooks with 10% mag pen wont cost you any more than other rolls. Same for rings, which will get you an easy 15% total
Something many may not realize is that the blue phoenix chokers with +2 aa have been 500 gold all wipe, which is a very good option for a semi budget kit (~3-5k); since you get the 2 true from the base stat, then the +2 all (which makes up for most of the hp of the loss from the peace pendant, as well as getting all the other stats) while only being slightly more expensive than the peace necklace. This also isnt even taking into account if you can snipe one with a usable 3rd roll, which happens very often to me.
Also just makes it way easier to find what you’re looking for since you can only search by 1 random attribute on the market. Otherwise it’s a lot of scrolling over neck pieces with your 1 searched stat to find the second roll you’re looking for.
Hey CNG love your vids your my favorite wizard content creator. I noticed last night. i cycled through all the rings uncommon/rare mostly looking for +add magic and + true magic DMG and everything no matter the piece of jewlery has spiked quite a bit. When did you do the buying for this video? yesterday only? or the day before yesterday?
Bro i can never even aquire enough gold to just spend 1k on a kit i try my best to 0- hero but im not that great sadly 😂 great explainations of what stats to prioritize that definately will help me when looting wizard gear
One question I have which is something you probably don't have to deal with is let's say I spent all my money on a kit and died, now i have no money. Is the correct thing to do to save up until I can buy an ENTIRE new kit or should I buy pieces as I can afford them. I've been saving up until I have the full kit so I don't lose stuff playing undergeared
A couple questions! Light Aketon or Tunic / Msytic Vestments Riveted Gloves / Rawhides Low Boot / Occultist My question is regarding these choices, with your listed on the left and other options on the right. I'm curious what the decision making process behind using the ones on the left is compared to the ones on the right? I would of considered the ones on the right to be better choices.
Light Aketon move speed penalty is too high. Tunic has low armor and no magical resistance. So mystic is the way. Rawhide ruby is the best Reinforced gloves is good budget Occultist is best Low boots is budget
Hey CNG, thanks for the detailed video this was exactly what I was looking for! Question for you, is there a class you are excited to multiclass with wizard? Thanks again!
@@cngblade appreciate the quick reply! That makes sense, having a heal on command for Wiz would be super helpful, especially with our cast speed and spell regen. Time to start leveling the bowl cut man I suppose :D
@@cngblade if I have some items with will lying around (leather leggings, mystic vestments etc.) is it worth adding to the kit or should I just replace entirely with more knowledge
Great breakdown. I'm running a strong build right now with spell overload. What are your thoughts on using haste/invis instead of ignite and using crystal sword to clear mobs? Do you find the need to actually bonk players with the staff? I usually feel like magic missile covers the close range combat just as well as bonk if not better. I like having the extra utility for survivability. I'm interested to know your thoughts. I have over 120 hp with this build so I am tanky.
Staff mastery is not for players, it’s essentially for clearing PVE fast, which is critical for PVPING and spawn rushing in GC. However having ignite + staff helps against rogue when entering new room. Also haste is not that good in solo. But 10 spells is the way to go in trio.
Adventurer tunic, oracle robe are flexible even though robe is better. But in this case considering rolls I have on other items, tunic is better. But overall robe has better base stats but does not fit on this kit cuz I already have 46 knowledge. It’s all about reaching those stats threshold, I just wanted to show the rolls mostly not the items. Also a good robe is 2x more expensive than tunic
hah man those trousers (+all and 4 ms) were mine) You killed me with my friend and i still have a footage of this fight. Can you help me and tell what mistakes i made back then?
Do you think the current market price difference between true and additional accurately represents how much more effective true is in general situations? The price difference seems pretty large & I'm just wondering if meta hype is inflating the value of true a bit more than it's usefulness deserves when comparing to additional.
For clearing PVE, clearing PVE is one of the most important part when going into a fight, especially in goblin cave and ice cave where the PVE is super dense. Wizard sucks at it and staff covers it super well. Most of time you die in dungeon during a PVP fight due to not clearing PVE. And finally, it can be useful to face check landmine Rogue
Awesome wizard content! As a new wizard who is tired of getting dumpstered, this is valuable.
Most French wizard i ever see
He is actually a ccp shill don't ever accuse him of being French

True magic has went up a lot. I just recently sold a purple leather cap with 2 true maguc and rest dead stats for 1,999
No way that’s crazy

How can you reach enough spell memory for spell overload, i put together the budget kit exactly but I don’t have enough memory for spell overload
I use a staff with 2 mem cap roll to use ignite on it

On some items you can roll up to 6 hp but only 3 vigor, 1 vigor is around 1.75 hp. If you do the math 6 hp is better
