Ohh....Thats a great moment as well. But if we think about it, there are a lot of moments not on the list, like the moment they get up on the reverse mountain to get to the grand line.

"I have my crew!!" This is a moment that speaks to me for 2 reasons. First is Luffy's mental state after the war. He's extremely depressed after losing Ace. He even gives up on thinking he can be Pirate King. No matter what happened in the story, Luffy NEVER doubted that he could be Pirate King. Even if he lost a fight or had to retreat, he never doubted that he could just come back later and still win. Luffy was depressed and angry at himself for not saving Ace and was willing to hurt himself and anyone else. As someone who has suffered with depression in my life I know how he felt. Jimbei basically summarized the effects of depression to Luffy. Jimbei: A giant wall stands between your eyes and the world! You can't see the way forward right now! Regret and guilt are consuming you!! After that Jimbei says that what's gone is gone, but you have to focus on what you still have. Then Luffy calms down and slowly counts his fingers....revealing that he still has his crew! He lost his brother who saved him from loneliness when he was young, but he still has his new family. The second reason I love this scene is that it cemented Jimbei as a future crewmate imo. Not Fishman Island, not Totland, but this moment.

Here's the story of my experience of Ace's death (and the reason why I'm glad it ended up on this list). I started watching the anime from the beginning. Once we reached Alabasta, I fell in love with Ace. He was such a cool guy and seemed like a legitimately good older brother to Luffy. The friend who had introduced me to One Piece told me at one point, "No one dies in One Piece. Except in backstories. Everyone dies in backstories." (That turned out to be a lie, but alright.) Because of that, I watched a video called Top 10 Saddest Deaths in Anime. Ace's death was #5. I went to my friend the next day pissed off because she had lied to me about this, but I eventually calmed down and continued watching One Piece. Then, I got to Marineford. I knew Ace's death was coming and thought I was prepared, but there was this little voice in the back of my head that was telling me that maybe the entire internet was wrong. Maybe Ace would get out of this alive. Everything was, all things considered, going well. Until it didn't. When Ace died, I sat in my dorm room sobbing through the next episode and a half. I cried until I had no more tears left in me. I had been spoiled, and I still wasn't prepared. Which is why I haven't been able to go back and watch the Marineford arc again even though it is an amazing arc. I wasn't able to vote for this moment because I could only choose one, but I'm very glad it ended up on the list regardless.

Ainz Ooal Gown was censored in the anime for no damn good reason. Made up to be zeff losing it when his “foot got tangled in an anchor” while he tried to save sanji. Honestly idk tf why they did that. It wasn’t exactly different or better off-screening him ripping his leg off from the anchor chain lol.
My two favorite moments were when the crew wanted to accept Usopp back and Zero didn’t let them. It was so epic and really showed the respect Zero has for Luffy. The other is when Usopp burns down the world government flag. Such an awesome chapter with so much emotion and that one scene really brought it all together.
Obviously Zoro’s nothing happened is a great moment but I can’t say it was my favorite... I would have to say mine is at the end of luffy vs katakuri when katakuri asked luffy if he would come back to defeat Big Mom some day and without missing a beat Luffy say yes. At that moment katakuri has a zero esk moment where he’s just thinking “this dude might actually become the next king of the pirates” and, out of respect of luffy and his acceptance of who he is, Katakuri falls on his back.
Actually, about Zoro. I want to remind everyone that everything from East Blue till Sabaody happened during several months and all that time Zoro took injury after injury he did not have proper time to recover fully.
Just makes me think how funny it was that Chopper would get really pissed off when Zoro couldn't sit still and keep the bandages on. "They were in the way" "THAT'S THE POINT DAMMIT"

First video I watched I thought his voice was a tiny bit annoying but as I got used to it, I didn’t mind it at all. Anyway, now 100+ videos later and I all I want to say is protect this man at all costs.
The moment where Nami asks for help is the moment that I knew that I was going to keep watching One Piece; before that it was just kind of a show to fill time between other anime’s I was watching. That moment was filled with emotion and it hooked me. Comparable to that was the death of Ace, that was the first time I genuinely cried during a anime.
Idk why nobody has mentioned this but thank you for including your personal story when talking about the crew putting the ship to rest. I personally found it very nice and you didn't have to share that with us. Not trying to be sappy I'm just surprised nobody has said anything about it.
The chapter where Ace died was actually my first one piece chapter. At my elementary scholastic book fair they were selling the issue of Shonen jump with the chapter where Ace died
A video like this(late I know) reminds me how much of an emotional roller coaster this show(and manga when I make time) really puts the audience through. The big moments aren't just thrown in or made simple. So many that aren't on this list show so much often with just one line. For example.. "I will never lose again!" Usopp's speech against Mr 4 and Miss Merry Christmas "Raizo is safe!"
One of my favorite moments happened with the minks. The moment they reveal that raizo was safe was such an incledible moment and plot twist. It was very well animated in the anime and had a perfect soundtrack. It really showed how loyal and incredible the minks were. To me this moment tops some of the moments that made this list (they were all incredible btw ^^).
i've been watching this video for 100 times already, and i'm not tired of it, your storytelling is top notch, the way you describe the event, it likes i'm watching the scene all over again, and i got goosebumps whenever i'm watching this
I had to vote the crew's separation at Sabaody. To me this got the most visceral reaction from me, not the only one just the top, to the point where I was full on crying not because I thought that this is THE END. it was just all the terror and dismay from the crew it was just a build up of each member being swiped away in the blink of an eye and Luffys reaction to each member. Then the final one when Kuma walked up to a defeated Luffy the emotion was so palpable and by the time Luffy who was just doubting himself saying that he didn't deserve to be King of the Pirates and just gets sent flying I realized I how much I was crying it's just something that really stuck with me. I'm not saying this to be all "manly" which I am most certainly not but it's very rare that I cry, so it really got me.
I was hoping that Luffy vs Blueno would be on the poll since it revealed Gear 2nd but I think it wasn't there when I went to vote. Also thought that Luffy vs Katakuri would make it higher.

Here's the story of my experience of Ace's death (and the reason why I'm glad it ended up on this list).
I started watching the anime from the beginning. Once we reached Alabasta, I fell in love with Ace. He was such a cool guy and seemed like a legitimately good older brother to Luffy. The friend who had introduced me to One Piece told me at one point, "No one dies in One Piece. Except in backstories. Everyone dies in backstories." (That turned out to be a lie, but alright.) Because of that, I watched a video called Top 10 Saddest Deaths in Anime. Ace's death was #5. I went to my friend the next day pissed off because she had lied to me about this, but I eventually calmed down and continued watching One Piece.
Then, I got to Marineford. I knew Ace's death was coming and thought I was prepared, but there was this little voice in the back of my head that was telling me that maybe the entire internet was wrong. Maybe Ace would get out of this alive. Everything was, all things considered, going well.
Until it didn't. When Ace died, I sat in my dorm room sobbing through the next episode and a half. I cried until I had no more tears left in me. I had been spoiled, and I still wasn't prepared. Which is why I haven't been able to go back and watch the Marineford arc again even though it is an amazing arc.
I wasn't able to vote for this moment because I could only choose one, but I'm very glad it ended up on the list regardless.

My two favorite moments were when the crew wanted to accept Usopp back and Zero didn’t let them. It was so epic and really showed the respect Zero has for Luffy.
The other is when Usopp burns down the world government flag. Such an awesome chapter with so much emotion and that one scene really brought it all together.

Obviously Zoro’s nothing happened is a great moment but I can’t say it was my favorite... I would have to say mine is at the end of luffy vs katakuri when katakuri asked luffy if he would come back to defeat Big Mom some day and without missing a beat Luffy say yes. At that moment katakuri has a zero esk moment where he’s just thinking “this dude might actually become the next king of the pirates” and, out of respect of luffy and his acceptance of who he is, Katakuri falls on his back.

Actually, about Zoro. I want to remind everyone that everything from East Blue till Sabaody happened during several months and all that time Zoro took injury after injury he did not have proper time to recover fully.

The moment where Nami asks for help is the moment that I knew that I was going to keep watching One Piece; before that it was just kind of a show to fill time between other anime’s I was watching. That moment was filled with emotion and it hooked me.
Comparable to that was the death of Ace, that was the first time I genuinely cried during a anime.
Idk why nobody has mentioned this but thank you for including your personal story when talking about the crew putting the ship to rest. I personally found it very nice and you didn't have to share that with us. Not trying to be sappy I'm just surprised nobody has said anything about it.

A video like this(late I know) reminds me how much of an emotional roller coaster this show(and manga when I make time) really puts the audience through. The big moments aren't just thrown in or made simple. So many that aren't on this list show so much often with just one line. For example..

One of my favorite moments happened with the minks. The moment they reveal that raizo was safe was such an incledible moment and plot twist. It was very well animated in the anime and had a perfect soundtrack. It really showed how loyal and incredible the minks were.
To me this moment tops some of the moments that made this list (they were all incredible btw ^^).

I had to vote the crew's separation at Sabaody. To me this got the most visceral reaction from me, not the only one just the top, to the point where I was full on crying not because I thought that this is THE END. it was just all the terror and dismay from the crew it was just a build up of each member being swiped away in the blink of an eye and Luffys reaction to each member. Then the final one when Kuma walked up to a defeated Luffy the emotion was so palpable and by the time Luffy who was just doubting himself saying that he didn't deserve to be King of the Pirates and just gets sent flying I realized I how much I was crying it's just something that really stuck with me. I'm not saying this to be all "manly" which I am most certainly not but it's very rare that I cry, so it really got me.
I was hoping that Luffy vs Blueno would be on the poll since it revealed Gear 2nd but I think it wasn't there when I went to vote. Also thought that Luffy vs Katakuri would make it higher.
