Every other surgeon then suggested lip amputation. He went bankrupt and sold his house just to have them fixed, then after he had them fixed he still needed to have surgeries just to pretty much maintain his face and he probably got addicted. He did eventually win the lawsuit against the original surgeon who messed up his lips but Pete always said he hopes they fucking die.

I will never get tired of watching this video, Stock Aiten and Waterman + Dead or Alive = Their first HIT. Incredible team of producers behind a lot of other pop classics of the 80s, and of course Pete Burns, Steve Coy, Mike Percy and Tim Lever, amazing band. Incredible vocalist, amazing drummer, amazing bassist, amazing tecladist, Awesome to know Wayne Hussey was also part of this band in the beginnings of DoA.
Somebody should alert the lost media community about the demo version at 2:10. The full version hopefully is still somewhere, whether it's allowed to be made public is another matter, but we need to at least TRY!

I think the message in this song as compared to "Brand New Lover" has something to do with it, otherwise that one is right up there as well.
This song was ahead of its time. I dominated gyms and health clubs in America, aerobics classes especially. It stood out above the rest.
