Upar wala part nahi kholte kabhi bhi phle... Phle niche se hi check krte h... Niche se speedometer cable ko nikal kr usko haath se ghumate hai and dekhte h agar meter chal rha h ki nahi... Agar nahi chala toh cable khrb h aur agar chal gya toh gears khrb h...
