So relatable i was also not productive 3-4 days back... after that most of the time i read and say positive affirmation and even talk with a friend who doesn't judge me instead help me out. Now i understand the power of words and affirmation it really change the way i think and bring my confidence back.
U know self talk is the best thing u can do to understand urself. . Address things right away whenever u feel any kind a complex, irritated, anger, agony!. Etc etc.

Mam aapsa or kuch bhi puchna h , aasa kyu hota h mam ki Jsa Monday Tuesday ko mera test h or kuch bhi tyari nhi h ,kuch bhi mtlb kuch bhi nhi. Or Saturday ko acha mood sa ya decide Kiya gya ki , aaj aaj m ak subject ka to kr kar hi deta h, dusra subject ka Sunday ko kr langa. But mam ya decide hi hua, kuch kaam hua nhi . I can't even really organize my thoughts in my brain and i have exam still i just cry and feel negative plus kept thinking about my cousins and kept comparing my life with them tbh my success became mod of revenge i hate them and tbh this hatred killing me inside! For the past few months I was not able to sleep properly coz every night I overthink and sees a bad dream which spoils my day. But since Feb end i have been meditating, just 15 mins before bed . Now I'm able to sleep peacefully without much dreams or anything. After meditating my mind becomes so calm i don't think of anything but just sleeps. I was meditating too....3 Minute meditation ( a video by Ashish Arora Sir).........sone se just pahle 100 to 0 reverse counting krni hoti h. Isse aap ek deep sleep 😴 le pate h. Lekin dheere dheere meri affirmations ki aadat daily ki uljhano me ulajh gayi aur choot gayi aur mobile screen ne bedtime meditationle liya. Un dino maine observe kiya ki mai kaafi messed rahne laga hu,overthinking h, cribbing h. Tab yh samjh aaya ki.......ki yr in sb cheezon pr check rakhna padega, kabhi zyada ache se, kabhi thoda kam ache se, lekin affirmations, bedtime meditation karo zaroor. Thanks for the love di. And meditating decreases metabolism at the level which even while we sleep it doesn't fall. Basically meditating for a long time reduces ur sleeping quota as u don't need rest/sleep. Body needs.
What u consume...it impacts u that u way... It happens with me..in night i regret if my day is not productive... When u say negative...we forget what qualities we have...what benefits we hv...how can we make things better
