The time between this and Sora's adventure is not the biggest problem I think, for me this would be best to introduce this after the Xehanort Saga (sorry for my english, this is not my first language)
@@KevZ7. Well this just shows the masters pov. They should’ve made another 1 that focused on the story for the player. That way it covered everything. More people would recognize Strelitzia too. They had to show this in the Xahanort saga. Bc they went to the keyblade graveyard & he was trying to summon Kingdom Hearts. Plus in KH3 Luxu got the black box again & summoned the lost masters. We’d be confused about that. They didn’t want to do a whole movie/recap b4 making the KH4.
Happy to see his reaction to this and to the following: -Realizing that Noctis is the master of masters (you can tell Ray Chase had a blast with this character) -The clawing desperation to find out what's in the black box.
I'm seriously impressed with how quickly Pez picked up on some of the less obvious plot points, even without having played KhUX. Guy's a logical genius ^_^
I knew Aced was good all along, he was just too...passionate[?] (if that's truly the correct word to use) about fighting the darkness. The ones I suspected were Invi a very tiny bit, then Ira for a much larger amount, and Gula the *absolute* most. Then I got to the end of the movie & realized that none of them were traitors, and that the Master of Masters was just a giant troll instigating things.
@@lordmelvin9310 Whether or not it was a "surprising twist" that left people excited or disappointed, I think it was a really good one, because knowing the Master of Masters was behind this the whole time pulling the strings makes this a bigger conflict than it ever was. And it was something that was hinted, and the evidence grew bigger as the foretellers were questioning whether to follow the Master, defy him, his teachings, or each other. That hesitation and conflict exists because of how much they trust their master and followed him like stray puppies that they don't know what to do now that he's gone, unable to make choices that they can all agree on, all in the while their master planned all of this all along.
Love your vids man. watching you go through the kingdom hearts series was a blast! it brought back a lot of great memories, and seeing how you reacted to it while playing made me feel like it was my first time all over again.
Hey Pez I think you REALLY should have watched the English cut scenes of KHXchi on youtube FIRST (the browser game, not Unchained Xchi or Union Cross) as that gives a LOT more in depth information towards this movie and doesn't throw you into it like it did here.
Pez! This Union X Back Cover was one portion/side of the game's story. I highly recommend looking up a cutscenes/story compilation of Kingdom Hearts X (Chi) to get the story that will explain more about the Keyblade War. Then if you haven't yet, play 0.2! I know you have a lot on your gaming plate to stream with XII, XIV and more but 0.2 could honestly be beaten in one stream so if you're able to, get it out of the way whilst you're still on the KH roller coaster!
Finally, the next KH video is out. Hurry up Pez, you've to let us watch you play 0.2 A fragmentary passage. You have to make sure you have finished all games before July 15th when the new trailer lands!
I've already seen this movie multiple times but after watching his DDD play through it really made me think is Luxu the traitor? I understand that there was never really any traitor among the 5 foretellers and that it was the Master of Master's plan to have the 5 unions turn against each other to create the keyblade war but the Lost Page said that traitor would bear the Sigil meaning X. Luxu's name is the only name that has an X in it. Maybe he bears the Sigil. I think the reason why the Master of Master's disappeared was because he pulled off a DDD time travel scheme into the past. He must have taken the book of prophecies back with him and already saw the Luxu would pass down that keyblade to a worthy apprentice. I don't know. All is yet to be revealed.
It actually doesn't matter whether he watches it before or after this. But he has to watch it, nevertheless. A lot of people in his streams said that the game is garbage when they didn't even give him a chance to try it out first. If he doesn't like it, then he can watch the cutscenes/playthrough.

Chirithy introduced each of the characters and the state of the world as the "age of fairy tales." I'm sure any normal human being would understand that. Pez had no issue following the story in the movie and he only had trouble remembering the names of the characters (plus, he doesn't pay enough attention like usual). This is just a story told in the Master and his six apprentices' perspective and it shouldn't bring you any trouble in keeping up with the plot told in the movie. KHχ and KHUχ act as the other half of the story, but the order definitely doesn't matter. Even when you played KHχ and KHUχ at first, it's actually more confusing and there's no full explanation of what's going on in the beginning as well. The Master and the foretellers are introduced later in the story and it advances very slowly.
There is no use to think of ways to change the events that we know are happening. We have to think of what comes after. -MoM-so that's why he make sure that everyone followed his path and nobody gets in the way of the dandelions that kept the light alive after the keyblade war
It's baffling to think that ANY of these characters are people that have already been established in the series. Luxu is NOT the master of Eraqus or Xehanort. MoM's keyblade is "the most ancient" (stated by young Xehanort in the KH3 trailer) which probably means its been passed down multiple times through multiple generations. Back Cover even calls this point in time "the age of fairytales". Do people not understand how much time needs to have gone by for an era time to gain that title? Even Master Xehanort himself talks about the Keyblade War as a LEGEND. This entire sequence of events takes place way before anything we've seen in the series so far. The only way that Foretellers could be anyone that we know is through the reincarnation theory. The notion of an alternate timeline is also something that wouldn't work well in the Kingdom Hearts series. The established time travel rules in DDD are clearly to make sure that nothing like this happens and that nothing even more convoluted occurs like it does with comic book time travel stories. There is ONE TIMELINE and the MoM simply watches it unfold through his eye. "You can move through time, but time itself is immovable", and "You cannot change the events that are destined to happen" are both things Young Xehanort states. What is destined to happen will happen. Going back in time won't affect anything. Young Xehanort was destined to leave Destiny Islands regardless of Ansem SOD's appearance, etc.
But in KHX we see that the new 5 union liders created a data world for people to live in, and are trying to make the story in that world different, so it's not impossible that the keyblade wars being milenia old is a lie. And if it's a lie, Luxu could be Master Xehanort and Eraqus master, Luxu is the first MoM vessel and then Xehanort is the next MoM vessel, there are many things that hint at that.
What if xehanort is just another vessel of the master of masters, and those are really the masters form xehanort is just the name he choose, is makes sense because in the cutscenes from bbs xehanort said he promised himself that he'd live to see what lies beyond the key blade war but in further cutscenes we know that xehanort and eraquas were trained after the war and were relatively young, so how could he promise to see what's beyond if he wasn't born until it was over

Don't know if anyone has the same idea but the names of the figures (sins) and the box remind me of pandora's box. In my opinion the master of m. keeps the shadows of the other masters in the box, maybe his shadow twin as well. A similar story to ventus' and vanitas' background. I mean the whole kh universe is about light and shadow. From the moment people are separated from their other half (shadow) the problems begin .

Its sad because uxcros is so much fun and I enjoy it many hours but the think is it doesn't makes you feel rewarded because there is no story till you play like 100 missions and then you have to play another 100 for another story cutscene
I agree with you on that. In the American version we haven't even gotten to the keyblade war yet and they're still adding so many new things to the story.

Roxas looks like Ven because in KingdomHearts one Soras Sacrifice Ventus heart had to resort to Roxas body because of Sora becoming a heartless. Which is why Roxas has two keyblades, experience feeings, and has the looks of Ven
I feel like on the x stuff has ruined the story, this movie doesn't even tell all the events of the mobile game so you're still forced to play it if you want to know everything

KHχ is not trash lol. It's just different. It's got a REALLY great story, but the biggest problem with it is the story is spaced out WAY too far.
