What a great insight! I am a lecturer and glad to share these tools with my students while they are learning about market surveys. Thank you. Keep making inspiring content. Warm greeting from Indonesia😄
Thank you for the tools. I'd like to suggest WASK to see the organic and paid KWs your competitors use to drive traffic to their websites. You can track the KWs of traffic received by your competitors from search networks.
You are my Guru - This is a great inspirational video. I feel though, that you're not getting the recognition you really deserve. In all honesty, I would pay to be trained by you but it has to be you. A quick question. What are your thoughts on blockchain crypto and NFT's. It would be great to get your input on this. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I'm so grateful to you.
David, that is very kind of you! Thanks for such a lovely comment. Re Blockchain, Crypto and NFTs… I’m nowhere near an expert, so would probably look at what others are saying. HOWEVER from what I do know, I think they’re transformational technologies. But as with all transformational technologies at an early stage, we’re not really sure yet how exactly they’ll be used to transform every day life. To butcher a quote I quite like… people often overestimate what can be achieved in a year, and underestimate what can be achieved in ten years. I think that may be the case, especially with NFTs… a lot of the use cases we’re experimenting with now will probably disappear (or at least be much smaller than we expect), but loads more ways of using them, that will have a much bigger impact, will come out in a few years. So for me, I’m experimenting, learning… but not betting the house on them (yet)!
Thank you for the relevant information and minimalist approach! Btw I had a question. Regarding the way searches and phrases are calculated, is language and important factor when researching trends an potential business ideas in other countries?
Hi Jeremiah, it not really something you need to worry about with a lot of Google based topics (like Google Trends). Topics are language agnostic and account for thing like spelling mistakes and variations. My experience is that broad ideas translate well from country to country. The difference comes in the details.
Let me know if you have any questions! I reply to all comments… as you see below! 😉
How would a find data of what people in my neighbourhood are seaching for?
@@mornepretorius208 I'm afraid I don't know if it's possible to dive down into that level of detail Morne. Unless someone else who reads this knows?
Just helped me now. Thank you so much! Great content.
*Thanks a ton!*
absolute gem of a video thanks so much!!

Thanks for letting me know Matthias, and glad it helped!
I would include Pinterest Trends and Reddit on this list. Fantastic free tools that have loads of data to research and query!
Very true! Will think about adding those to the next video!

@@undatable5838 Thank you, that's very true about the agnostics. I guess that's where going more in depth in your niche requires more nuance.
So can I determine the demographics without the survey?
Hi Shibzz, depends on the tool you’re looking at. With Google Consumer Surveys you can find out the basic demographics without asking, yes.
Jotform commercial.
I wish they were paying me 🤣
