imagine SWF abusing Reactive Healing, Mettle of Man ,Breakout, Saboteur. taking hit anothers healthy surwiwor taking another hit and another. infinite circle of healing 3 surwiwors required. 4 will be best.
I think another cool rule you could add for season 5 when you have the full roster back is you can only sell killers that you have played. That way it opens up more variety on the killers you play
I liked that other persons idea where they said in order to sell a killer you need to play it at least once. Forces you to play more rare killers that you’re not good at adding variety and challenge, but nothing too crazy imo!
in theory the "if a killer dies you lose their perks too" rule sounds like a neat added challenge, but in practice it just strongly disincentivizes you from playing certain killers and that's kind of a bummer, greater variety is more fun to watch!
Maybe say perks also cost 1$ more until you have played the killer, to force some variety and make the early ranks more difficult? At this point the rules list will get longer than the killer and perks list
I agree. I immediately thought that “well, in that case, just coddle the killers with best perks.” Instead of straight removing it, maybe just a price increase instead? Or the perks are discounted if used on their killer?
As an alternative to using a $0 perk, it would be interesting to also get a bonus $1 for each perk slot you don't use, with an additional $2 (for a total of $6) if you run a match perkless.
I would love to see add-ons be introduced as a roulette sort of thing. Like you spend $3 to roll for random add-ons. Removes the pain of having to price a hundred or whatever add-ons, plus adds a risk/reward for spending cash which could be fun
If your gonna lose access to the perks when you sell or lose a killer it would be a neat bonus that if you use the teachables alongside the killer that they come from the perks would cost $1 less each. Just another risk/benefit you could consider.
I was thinking something like this too. My thought was any unique perk would be free to use on its original killer, which could help diversify builds by being a way to save while using pricier killers. Dunno if that would be op on anyone, but then again, you lose it all if you lose once, so there would always be that gamble.
Absolutely love this idea. The blood money idea definitely improved but also still seemed somewhat easy. This is a great idea to fix it, now you have to play the first blood money session with this in mind that you NEED to have some killers left
IMO the hatch bonus should be $1 if the last suvivor is down, $6 if they are up. Because you are risking the killer dying, a la demo. And you are still running the risk that the downed survivor has adrenaline etc.
I came to say that . It does pose the question of risk vs reward still though . Because adrenaline is by no means the most common perk and beyond that running adrenaline doesn’t give an amazing chance of winning still
I like the idea, but those numbers are really hefty, especially since they added other bonuses that already have the numbers climbing. I think they'd have to get rid of the 10$ kill bonus and have hook states be a replacement for that and adjust the numbers so he maybe gets a little more for a full 12 hook states, and a little less if he ends the game early with a 4 slug. That would be a cool way to add some more strategy into the play.
When you said you had something fun I assumed it wasn’t gonna be another hardcore series so soon so I jokingly said “blood money again so soon a man can dream can’t he “ little did I know I wasn’t too far off . Today is a good day . Peak dbd content and I’m happy to get into this
I feel like if you down them and hatch is right there, like you can see it or hear it then closing it is fair. Or if you pass the hatch on the way to the hook and are able to hook and then close, that is also fair. But slugging for it seems cheap and an easy way to farm money. Absolutely loving the blood money series so far, I can't wait for the next full season. ❤
@johnmelendez8717That is not at all what I said. Do not try to twist my words to fit your narrative. Spookyloopz asked for peoples opinions on the matter and I gave mine. No one is mad that is you projecting. People can have a civil conversation about the game without someone being "mad".
@morganlee123Exactly. They just want a fight. They are everything wrong with the game in the respect of Killer vs Survivor mentality. It is not healthy and Is ruining the game.
Your Hardcore killer stuff is some of the best DBD content on here so just know that we all love what you do and appreciate all the time and effort you put into this series
For hatch, it should be a bonus if you find it before or down the survivor right before they escape. If you don't find it while in chase, go straight to hook/mori. If you happen to find it after hook, no bonus.
you have no idea how much joy this brings me. I think I discovered you through blood money a few months ago and you have become my favorite dbd streamer! I would literally wake up checking if your next blood money came out or not lol. Now to do the same with this series haha. Love how much work you put into this!!
12:35. There are so many layers to this interaction and it just made the survivor look so dumb and the killer so composed and ready LOL Last Stand actually working on the other side of the fast vault is insane
My honest opinion on the hatch bonus: If you DOWN the last survivor, you have to hook them. If, however, you find the hatch BEFORE they finish being sacrificed, you still get the bonus.
What about to make this more hardcore. When the killer dies, the perks equipped with the killer that has died can't be used again? Throughout the challenge
Spooky, you and your team keep making the right decisions and its amazing. Play testing is key to stuff like this, and letting us get to watch at the same time is perfection.
If you're going to lose killer teachables. Then make it so teachables are free on their killer. Example: corrupt would be free to use on plag, as well as her other teachables.
Really love the idea man. Hardcore killer is one of my favorite series, so to get this bonus series is crazy. Hope you continue to do it for other seasons as well
an idea to incentivize even more variety could be that the killer's own perks get some kind of discount on their own perks. gives more incentive to have variety in the builds as well
One of the good ideas I've seen is instead of losing a killer's perks when they die, you lose the perks you ran. To counteract running straight out of perks, I propose that a 4k with a killer earns their perks back.
I think for the main series you could have some sort of rule where perks go on cooldown after a certain number of uses so that your builds have more variety
Can’t wait till the next vid!! I watched your vids to see what dbd was about since I wanted to get into a new game, but I’m about to graduate college insanely busy. Your vids sold me and I’ve been playing for a few months and already have a couple/few hundred hours in which is insane!! Keep it up lol
Personally I'm not a fan of the, if a killer dies you lose the perk, rule. It disincentivizes playing as good perk killers, and doesn't add much to the challenge since most of the good perks aren't on high tier or low cost killers. We're already seeing it in this run with Plague. I guess we'll see if it impacts much if/when selling killers becomes necessary, but so far I don't think this is a great rule. If is going to remain I'd recommend changing killer price to reflect perks so that good perk killers become a lot more appealing to sell. A few alternative rules that would increase the difficulty of the challenge but would not decrease killer diversity: 1) If a killer dies any perks they are using are lost. This is very similar to the existing rule, but it puts the good perks at risk of being lost without there being any benefit to not using the killers they are linked to. 2) In order to use a killers adept perks you must play the killer x times. 3) Build cost must increase with each consecutive win. Minimum build price resets to 0 after a killer dies or the required build price exceeds the maximum amount that can be earned from a win (I think that's $31).
not only is this going to be a very fun watch but i also cant wait to get my hands on the doc to try this myself well done to all those that worked and helped on this its incredible
Highly enjoying this series! ❤ My suggestion to allow add-ons is to make all of them equally expensive. Like, you can use any add-on you want, but each of them will cost you 4-5$. You can even make it so the second add-on costs more than the first one, so that full add-on builds become highly expensive. (For example, one add-on costs 4$, second add-on costs 5$, for a total of 9$ for both add-ons) And I agree that selling killers you haven't played before, drastically shrinks variability. It's kinda weird that we haven't seen most top tier killers simply because you sold them 😅
Oh boy, I really like this series/idea! I think it'll be a great way to add some more intensity to the hardcore series especially with removing teachable perks when a killer dies. I feel that the closing hatch bonus is pretty fair, as it can be quite a gamble but offers some more variety and difficult choices.
I think you should only get the $5 from the hatch bonus if the last person is still up when you close it. Being able to slug it I think is too reliable.
So I never watched the actual hardcore killer blood money series, because…. LOOK OVER THERE A DISTRACTION! But randomly started this one and I gotta say, it was damn entertaining. Sure, I don’t know all the rules, like is 4 perks mandatory? But who cares! It’s fun. Absolutely good shit, Spooky
Love the idea of the hatch bonus! But it probably shouldn’t count if you slug the last survivor and then go find it. If you find it before the final down or in the few seconds remaining after the final hook it should count. Unless the last one alive is a bot - then absolutely slug and find the hatch so no one is left on floor while you look for it. 😂 Loving the Afterburn - a great way to extend the series.

Yes! Thats a great idea to encourage playing the expensive killers
Great idea
up vote this
This is actually good
Comment as a thumbs up. Neat idea.
I liked that other persons idea where they said in order to sell a killer you need to play it at least once.
Forces you to play more rare killers that you’re not good at adding variety and challenge, but nothing too crazy imo!

He could make it so whatever perks he ran on the killer that dies also die with them. So not necessarily their adept perks.
@lorenzobiraghi2545thats just cause its still in beta. After a bit more work the rules and wordings can be restructured
Damn this idea is ass
I agree. I immediately thought that “well, in that case, just coddle the killers with best perks.” Instead of straight removing it, maybe just a price increase instead? Or the perks are discounted if used on their killer?

That’s a good idea for gambling out of a bind . I like that . This series is so good
Great idea dude
This is what you meant when you said you had something for us tomorrow LETSSSSS GOOO
I would love to see add-ons be introduced as a roulette sort of thing. Like you spend $3 to roll for random add-ons. Removes the pain of having to price a hundred or whatever add-ons, plus adds a risk/reward for spending cash which could be fun
True, some add-ons are more of a detriment, so this would add variety and a neat gamble mechanic.
I second this!!!
Maybe also ×2,5 price to get a guarantee?
oh man this is gonna get REAL good
nice pfp
ty, urs looks great asf xd

I think you should get a bonus for getting value from all 4 perks
57:20 tung tung tung sahur reference 😂✌️
IMO the hatch bonus should be $1 if the last suvivor is down, $6 if they are up. Because you are risking the killer dying, a la demo. And you are still running the risk that the downed survivor has adrenaline etc.
I agree, £5 for closing hatch with a downed survivor feels like way too much compensation just for a potential adrenaline
I watch every hardcore killer like it’s a Netflix binge session and this drops today?! Aaaayyyyy yooooo
39:45 - don't change hatch rule. They could have adrenaline. It's part of the risk.
I came to say that . It does pose the question of risk vs reward still though . Because adrenaline is by no means the most common perk and beyond that running adrenaline doesn’t give an amazing chance of winning still
“Babe wake up, Blood Money DLC just came out”
😂
Another idea for a hefty bonus is going for unique hooks. Maybe something like 6 bucks for 4 hooks and 15 for 8 hooks
42:31 turn back the WHAT
Came home from college, got my dinner, opened RUclips to see what to watch and found this gem, can't wait to see the rest of this series!!
Slugging is cheap? He’s playing hard mode and survivors still mad about slugging? Blasted and slowed 6 times in a game but slugging is the issue…
@johnmelendez8717That is not at all what I said. Do not try to twist my words to fit your narrative. Spookyloopz asked for peoples opinions on the matter and I gave mine. No one is mad that is you projecting. People can have a civil conversation about the game without someone being "mad".
@WeskersWidowI like how all he read was 'slugging is cheap' and just completely stopped reading the rest to comment that 😭
@morganlee123Exactly. They just want a fight. They are everything wrong with the game in the respect of Killer vs Survivor mentality. It is not healthy and Is ruining the game.
Agree
Finally I get to see you play pyramid head in the challenge. I’m now satisfied, love the changes so we get more killer variety
Your Hardcore killer stuff is some of the best DBD content on here so just know that we all love what you do and appreciate all the time and effort you put into this series

there is NO reason to bless us like that man we love you anyways
14:27 "it was at this point he didn't realize he fucked up..."
you have no idea how much this means to me that this series is back so soon. my comfort show fr
My favorite Series!
Legendary lunch refresh pull. Bless the entity for this meal.
YESSS I JUST SAT DOWN TO EAT
you have no idea how much joy this brings me. I think I discovered you through blood money a few months ago and you have become my favorite dbd streamer! Thank you Hannah!
12:35. There are so many layers to this interaction and it just made the survivor look so dumb and the killer so composed and ready LOL Last Stand actually working on the other side of the fast vault is insane
THIS is a HARDCORE challenge! I like the teachable perk going away, so it'll make you think twice about using a killer with a teachable perk!
My honest opinion on the hatch bonus: If you DOWN the last survivor, you have to hook them. If, however, you find the hatch BEFORE they finish being sacrificed, you still get the bonus.
Aight spooky. You didn't have to show up like the villain who never actually died. What a plot twist lmao. Love the work, brotha.
Let's go!! 🎉
Love the teachables rule even before I see it playing out!
New Spookyloops?
More Hardcore Killer?
ONLY THE SURVIVING BOIS?
I'm sat. I don't care that I'm at work, I have my priorities people!
What about to make this more hardcore. When the killer dies, the perks equipped with the killer that has died can't be used again? Throughout the challenge

The Sable saying "screwed over by ping" lmao
50:44 Hello Welcome to the Krusty Krab
JUST WHEN I WAS GOING TO EAT LETS GOOOOOO
I AM SO HYPED FOR THIS! I loved season 4 but finished wanting more, so a afterburner edition is so goated. Thanks Spooky and your team🙌
Wait what. Didn’t the last season just end?!?! Omg my show is on CHAAAATTTTT
One of the good ideas I've seen is instead of losing a killer's perks when they die, you lose the perks you ran. To counteract running straight out of perks, I propose that a 4k with a killer earns their perks back.
Less gooooo thats goood news
I was expecting to wait like 8 months plus to see my favourite series get more videos, tysm spookyloopz you're the best ❤🎉
59:30 crab claws a DANGLER
Immediately before seeing past the introduction i LOVE this idea.
This is the type of suspense i'm living for 🤯
As long as we get those sweet, sweet spreadsheets, I'm in!
I think for the main series you could have some sort of rule where perks go on cooldown after a certain number of uses so that your builds have more variety
I love how he's so calm and nice when I'd be seething. Love the hardcore challenge ❤
OMFG just watched the first 3 minutes and it sounds so fun and insane. Love all the changes u did

🔥🔥🔥
Does anyone agree that legion should count as 4 before they are gone lol. He should be able to play one match as Julie,Susie,Frank,Joey lol😂
not only is this going to be a very fun watch but i also cant wait to get my hands on the doc to try this myself well done to all those that worked and helped on this its incredible
50:00 Crab Dredge literally reminds me of the game Dredge that has mutated crabs and other sea life
I like the idea of perks going away. I also think you should have to play one game with a specific killer to unlock their teachables
This is such a great idea, using only the Killers that remained from the last one is a very neat idea.
This convinced me, Spooky loves to torture himself.
Normally I want to play as killer, but just seeing how they play reminds me that i should care more about my sanity
Ooh yyyyhhhhh 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
A Hardcore Killer mid-season? Oh, we are getting spoiled!
Highly enjoying this series! ❤

The GOAT of DBD
i am SO excited to watch this.. i got my snacks and everything ready.
I love this afterburn idea!
Lets fucking go! Hardcore killer challenge!
oh hell yes!! im so happy to see this expecially on my day off! yes please!!
Fav dbd streamer love your work bro. Stay metal
Oh boy, I really like this series/idea! I think it'll be a great way to add some more intensity to the hardcore series especially with removing teachable perks when a killer dies. I feel that the closing hatch bonus is pretty fair, as it can be quite a gamble but offers some more variety and difficult choices.
Always a treat to watch it live too. a lot of fun (and stress lol)
YESSSS i love this series a lot
The crab game had me on the edge of my seat!
I think you should only get the $5 from the hatch bonus if the last person is still up when you close it. Being able to slug it I think is too reliable.
I was thinking the same. Slugging a bot and going to find hatch just felt too easy or like a way to cheat $5 out of the system.
I was pleased to see the new SpookyLoopz video. Little did I know, the Crustacean Threat was waiting for me 50 minutes and 28 seconds in.
No one ever expects the Crustacean Threatation!
A surprise worth the wait!!! Yasss❤
This is going to be insane love this concept ❤
So I never watched the actual hardcore killer blood money series, because…. LOOK OVER THERE A DISTRACTION! But randomly started this one and I gotta say, it was damn entertaining. Sure, I don’t know all the rules, like is 4 perks mandatory? But who cares! It’s fun. Absolutely good shit, Spooky
I love these videos. I don't care about it being yearly, the more the better
Damn man. Thanks for the content!
Maybe the idea of a "good boy" reward where you have 8 hooks and 4 survivors to give a bigger pay out for a more challenging play style?
Great job so far!
For Legion, I would advice frenzy over pallets and windows to pick up the survivor. Saves a little of time
HELLLLLL YES
I like the idea of however many kills you get the game before is how many perks you're allowed to use.
New season, let’s gooooo!
SOMEONE SAY ANOTHER SEASON OF HARDCORE KILLER????? LFGGGGG
SPOOKY I LOVE THE VIDS!!
Hey man I love this series so much when you finish the hardcore killer series I’m super bummed because I always want to watch more of it!
Really enjoyed that you were playing different killers each match. Running a killer back to back too much last season was a bit boring.
Loving the Afterburn - a great way to extend the series.
every time a killer dies, they lose their teachable perks and the perks you used that match!
Hell yeah
Terrific surprise to kick off the week. :)
