I laugh at the comments probably by people who don't have kids that it's all the parent's fault. Parents these days both and they don't know how to raise kids in an materialistic, internet age where negative peer influence is crazy creepy. Where they gonna learn moral behavior, how and why they should respect and value the lives of others? Ya'll are dreamin!

@@startuphub4097 hey man I have 3 girls we raised on strict marine values all 3 of them are living wonderful lives, I am living proof that kids live what they learn at home.yes they had the internet and phones but I made dam sure they respected it and appreciated it and the great part about the way I raised my kids is I get to kick back and enjoy my life without having to worry about them doing stupid stuff, they can handle anything that comes their way. plus if you don't know how to raise kids and are just going to let them run wild you should be held accountable for their actions. yes people called me mean and strict but I could give a crap what people think my main concern was my kids and it sure as hell paid off for them and me.i almost forgot all the parents that called me strict have their grown kids living at home getting a allowance for taking out the garbage and making their beds. crazy stuff man.
If the parent's are juggling three or four jobs, getting home late, and the kids are left to themselves binging on netflix where characters are cheating, stealing, murdering, and revenging against other people... hmmm. where they gonna learn to act nice? and why it matters?
I understand that woman is frustrated and concerned, but you can’t blame the teachers and school. The parents are to blame, and the kid with the knife.
I work at Hayward High every so often and the amount of bs students get away with is ridiculous. The staff does nothing but say "Don't do that." The students go right on and do it again. Parents are also to blame because they don't discipline their kids. Education starts at home and these parents don't do anything to correct their kids.
There was a time when a single breadwinner could support the entire family. That allowed the spouse to stay home and keep better tabs on the kids. That luxury is a thing of the past. Not excusing bad behavior, just pointing out that there are contributing factors to consider. Also, when I was growing up in the 70's, Summer break was three months long... now it is just two. So kids are spending more time at school and less time at home... so there should be even less finger-pointing at parents for what their kids do wrong.
Parents need to grow up. If they think that high school kids are their babies then they are fools. High school kids are mature and almosts adults. They are more grown than parents believe.

The choices that California parents have made when voting are coming back to haunt them. I don't feel sorry for the parents but do feel sorry for their kids.
This school dont care about the kids. My daughter went to this school it was horrible.... i pulled her out, put her in a much better district and school . She is now doing a amazing well done job 👏 her focus is on point GPA went up . Im very proud of her. I highly dont recommend this school if your child is good and want to learn.
They wanted prayer out of school, this is the school they get. In my parents day they prayed and seniors in high school had their hunting rifles in their trucks parked in the school parking lot ready to go hunting after school and nobody got shot.
These are the "Last" of the "Last Day's" Matthew 24:3-14. Jesus said it would be this way during the time of his "Presence" and the "Conclusion" of this system of things. He compared this time period to the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37). Why? Just as it was in Noah's day the earth is filled with "Violence." Compare Genesis 6:11-13. The End is imminent. Seek God and his righteousness, seek meekness, seek Gods Kingdom while there is still time. Zephaniah 2:3.

Genetics are responsible
the parents should be held responsible for their children's actions, children live what they learn at home.
