    Thanks for sharing. I’m definitely going to practice and play with your takes on caffeine, fiber intake and race breakfast more seriously, it’s stuff I could improve on.

      Right? Maybe he doesn’t sweat that much. I need 1000mg of sodium per hour if it’s 20C or hotter… I sweat a lot though

    I really think you should change the name of the pod as there is already the fantastic Ultra Sound System pod … so it’s kind of poor form imo

      Maybe watch both and don't worry so much about semantics ?
