My luck with them comes in waves. I've gotten 2 URs in a row, and for the most part I'm fairly lucky with them

In the end, you have 20% chance to pull UR from Coupon scouting so yea, it was most likely a fluke =D

omg. I had 5000 friend pts but only hv a room for 2 more members. so I scouted, and both of em r Rs! and the other time, 10 regular scouting, 7 of them are rares.
I tried the 10+1 like 7 times already but always get only 1 SR (it says 90% R but it's 82% ish!!! AGHH). I only hv 2 URs, how sad.
