Imagine crit Laia can go nuts with this. Because of Harsetti, building her fast doesn't make a lot of sense ín the current meta. Harsetti invalidates her speed so slowing Laia down and getting 100% crit to synergize with her can work so well. Of course her s3 will not crit but an extra damage when you dual attack slightly bumps her overall damage.
Some harsettis are still fast and laia is still good into fast comps so this is definitely a niche plan I think units that will benefit most are ones with extra attacks (alencia, albedo) or AOEs (alencia, mort)
