    Research has shown that creating art (or even coloring) can help reduce anxiety by centering our focus and bringing us into the present moment. Plus it is so much fun!
    This is your place for peaceful painting (and drawing) tutorials, inspiration, and creativity. If you are an introvert, deal with anxiety or are a highly sensitive person (HSP) this channel is the perfect “paint party” for you.
    My own journey back to art began by drawing mandalas as a way to help my anxiety.
    You don't have to be an artist or "creative". These easy tutorials will walk you through the process step by step. If you can write your name, you can do them too!
