Just for your own information - Detroit - The big black cylindrical building is the Renaissance Center, or RenCen, and is what most from around here would recognize as the most iconic building in Detroit. And the body of water in front is the Detroit River which connects Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair, this is the river that the Ambassador Bridge and eventually the Gordie Howe Bridge span to connect Canada and the US.

I am from Europe and was stumped with many images, but somehow I pointed at the screen and said "That's Detroit" for the last image. I can't even tell you how I knew, never been there, don't know much about the city other than a few bullet points. "Cars, manufacturing, blizzards, Michigan, crime, poverty" are what comes to mind, nothing that could've helped me there.

As a Detroit native I find it funny you said you’d recognize other buildings here, but not our most iconic one and the only one really in frame 😂

I generally suck at skylines, but with Detroit but I saw the GM logo and immediately knew it had to be Detroit, because Detroit is a huge automotive city!

If Akron didn’t tell you anything you should know that is the city where both Lebron James and Stephen Curry were born, same hospital, same maternity ward. Not that can help you at all with the skyline.. but you know just as a piece of knowledge. Btw as an italian I wouldn’t have gotten more than 10 in total across all three quizzes so well done 👍🏻 😂

I remember watching you back when you still called yourself "GeoGuessr Wizard". GeoWizard sounds a lot better honestly lol.
But yeah, I love the content still. Even the simpler videos such as this. I'm gonna watch that "tenner in my pocket" video after this. Looking forward to it. Thanks for the good videos man.

I am a U.S. citizen but your first guesses on the easy setting were better than mine! 😂. (Though I do know how to pronounce Los Angeles and St. Louis so there I have the edge. 😝)

The only right way to pronounce Saint Louis is the French one

@@StamfordBridge All city pronounciations are only correct when pronounced the French way:

@@macanaeh OK, if you’re just having a laugh, I have no problem, but many people do seriously assert that the locals’ pronunciation of their own home towns is wrong, which I find amazing. Someone else in the comments just asserted it, as a matter of fact.

@@StamfordBridge I am just having a laugh, ultimately it doesn't matter how a city is pronounced, so I just decided to poke a bit of fun because you took a jab at Tom's pronounciation. No hard feelings (:

Those locations for the extreme level are crazy. Peoria, IL is only 100k and unless you live in central Illinois I doubt you've ever heard of it.
