I hope your soap design makes it! I've been wanting to submit one too, some kind of sunflower soap design, while I have a creative mind I can't think of a design she could or would actually make. My favorite soaps are the fan designs.
I was a teenager in the early 90s and it was all about flannel shirts, long dresses and doc martens in the fall. Nothing has changed for me since lol! I started last year getting out my tree and decorating it for Halloween, then Thanksgiving and Christmas after that, so I'm looking forward to having a party with my little kids decorating the Halloween tree.

My favorite falls things: we have a jack o lantern walk where you can walk through the park and see hundreds of themed jack o lanterns and they're all beautifully carved. There's also a fine arts festival with all sorts of artist selling paintings, glass works, ect. And it's both really expensive originals and more affordable smaller versions of their originals.
I live in Panama City, Fl. So believe it or not that is the time of year I look most forward to going on the beach. Not as many people and the weather is fabulous!!! I also love our winters, which are more like fall for the rest of the country.
Also here in Florida - when the beaches clear, I like taking my dog for walks there…

I was a teen and in college when the whole grunge scene was in full force. Jeans, boots, flannels, long hair, and coffee. I think of that when the weather turns cooler. I get so excited when the leaves on the trees turn gorgeous red, orange, and yellow. Your soap is beautiful and reflects all that. Love your high topped soaps, but LOVING these textured designs.
I loved the grunge era. I was too a teen during that time.
We love doing leaf painting with acrylic paints ! Gold, dark purple and forest green are our favorites. Your littles might like it , too

Deep cleaning the whole house with doors and windows open with fall candles burning. But let’s face it, we live in Texas and it won’t be chilly until the end of October 🤣 I still look forward to it
I was literally daydreaming today about this!!!! First sign of a cool breeze and crisp smell in the air and my windows are open and I'm cleaning and it's the best day ever lol
My favorite fall activity is taking a drive through the mountains. We go up one scenic highway to Saratoga where my uncle lives and there are hot springs open usually all year, then take the other scenic Highway back. They go through two different areas of the Snowy Mountains and it’s the most beautiful ride ever!
I absolutely love stepping on crunchy leaves.
Ohhh so many autumn activities.. Apple picking, pumpkin walk, corn mazes, pumpkin patch, and pumpkin yums!
Cleaning up the garden and getting the last of the produce preserved. Getting my garlic planted to overwinter. Getting the firewood stacked. Summer and fall are nothing more than preparing for winter for us.
I love walking in the nature in autumn.
As an Aussie growing up in a south-eastern state in the 60s I still look forward to the same things - crunchy autumn leaves, field mushrooms, bush picnic all rugged up, woodsmoke, the crackle of the fire, hot tea, walks in the Botanical Gardens.

Autumn activities, I'm in the uk, collecting chestnuts and roasting them on a bonfire with friends and damper dough. Also making hot chocolate in a massive pan over the fire. Top notch group autumn activity
My FAV thing to do in the fall is go for a walk in a pretty park and crunch leaves. It's a lot like jumping in rain puddles but you don't get messy
Fall baking! I always make the following during fall:
- Pumpkin Gingerbread cookies or muffins or cupcakes
- Apple pie cinnamon rolls with apples from the orchard
- Pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger snap crust
- My great grandma’s recipe for molasses cookies
- Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- Apple Cheddar Scones
It brings me so much joy to take my kids to the pumpkin patch each year! It is absolutely my favorite autumnal activity 😊
The autumn activity that I've already started doing which I always love is conker hunting. I love finding the little pods and squishing them to get the big conkers 😊

Pictures in sunflower patches are usually perfect in September and early October, pumpkin patches and apples orchards are fun to visit. Fall is my favorite time of year, love seeing all the trees turn too! Soon as September hits everything in my house is fall and Halloween themed lol.
The activity I'm looking forward to the most is walking our community trail. Sounds pretty basic, but I live in a small rural town (2K population) and in the middle of town is a small forest and river that runs through. The town maintains beautiful walking paths, winding throughout, and in the fall it's magical. Deer, fox, and many other little critters can be found. We have a local potter that will often leave little treasures tucked away in fallen logs and such. And for the kiddos, people are forever leaving beautiful painted rocks for them to collect. We're a couple weeks away from the leaves really starting to change, so once that begins, that's where I'll be.

I have the BEST idea for an autumnal event. Lutsen Alpine Slides! I'm in Minnesota and the leaves are changing. It's the most beautiful time to sled down huge hilly areas. It's the coolest thing ever.
I love to walk through the fallen leaves on a cold morning. Just breathing in the fall smells.
The fall activity I look forward to is sitting on the couch reading or crocheting, with a blanket and a cup of tea/hot chocolate, while it’s raining outside. This is especially nice after a walk (while it was still dry 😉)

Each orange layer looked delicious 😂. First looked like pumpkin purée, second looked like butterscotch pudding and the 3rd made me think of pumpkin pie before baking lol
Edit: something I’m looking froward to doing in autumn is going apple and pumpkin picking. Doing hay rides and haunted houses. Drinking lots of hot tea. And the biggest one wearing all my favorite sweaters lol

In my city, the end of September/beginning of October is time for our annual poetry festival so I'm really looking forward to that! In the same spirit, it's not an exclusively autumn activity, but I get more bookish around fall. So just slowing down and reading as much as a can with a good hot drink, an ambiant youtube video and a nice scented candle 😊 Fall is all about the vibes for me! It's also my birthday and Halloween, so it has always been my favorite season! 🎃🍂
Local Harvest Festival with the Grandbabies.. corn maze, pumpkin patch, free horse rides for the kids, caramel apples and fresh apple cider (and apple cider donuts too) best thing until Halloween!

OK, I've waited for someone else to say this, but here goes: when applying glitter, dip the brush in the glitter, hold it with your non-dominant hand with the handle accessible to your dominant one, then use you dominant hand to gently tap the handle of the brush to dispense the glitter. You'll get much more precise application. Y'know, if you want. (years of working in a lab measuring out tiny amounts of stuff with the tapping method made me offer this advice). Love what you do, and keep it up!

It's technically late summer for the season, but MN Renaissance Faire is going on and it's my favorite thing to do before the weather just goes down the hole. The last couple of weekends tend to be the busiest, but also has some of the best weather.

Last fall we planted tulips and I bought more tonight to plant too.
What I look forward to most is lighting fires in our wood stove every evening (and during the day since I work from home!) But I also love taking our kids to a local attraction which has alllll the kid activities you can think of, plus farm animals to love on, and a pumpkin patch.
Pretty soap! I love how basic they are..I can't imagine being that far from a coffee shop. I live in a small town, albeit also a college town. There are 4 local coffee shops, 4 local drive up coffee stands, 3 Starbucks, and a Dutch Brothers here. Im never more than like a 2 minute drive to coffee.

We have a big farm nearby that always has fun festivities from now until Halloween. I love doing the corn maze!

I live in South Florida. I can't wait till the humidity goes down a little so that I can walk in the mornings.
I have a traditional old school "drip" coffee maker, I just put a few shakes of McCormick pumpkin spice and a capful of vanilla in with my coffee grounds, pour it in a cup with sugar and half n half, or if im feeling fancy I pour it in a bowl with honey and an egg blend it with a stick blender, and it becomes a cappuccino, also healthier, less calories than cream and sugar if you care about that sort of thing. Also cheaper to make it at home. ☕️💖
Every year (since I was tiny, so like 40 years now) we make and can applesauce. It's delicious! And much easier than you'd think (also it's messy and what kid doesn't like getting messy).
