Good stuff to start with and a great effort and contribution indeed. Would love to see a lesson on how to read any famous pashto song from your own made music sheet step by step.
@@robabnawaz ah i got you then there is no problem. I use M for shuddh and M* for tevera. So a different notation. You are absolutely right and thanks for responding 😇
@@zahidwardak2002 Zahid, there are at least 10 ways of notating, unfortunately there is no standart. Hi robabnawaz . I have two questions. I've a miyanah rabab with 5frets . My rababs' main strings (keta , bam , ziir ) have low frequency , for example keta is about 110 Hz . Is Lower frequency suitable for my rabab or higher ? My rabab has 15 pegs for symphathatic strings . How is that two more strings tuning ? . Could you help me please. I don't have any ustaad in our city .I'll be grateful to help me . Thank you so much.
kata should be at least the pitch of B, not A as yours, unless you have a enormous big rubab. Sympatetic strings are C to c' , the two shabhtars (long metal strings) can be tuned C and G.
@@robabnawaz thanks for your help . I'll try again to tune my rabab . Honestly , your solution to tune shahtars with similar sound of main strings , really helped me.
Very nice thanks for sharing

My rabab has only 3 fret. Yours has 5. I guess it doesn’t matter. I’ll just have to estimate the distance, correct?
Yes
The easiest tuning I have seen so far. That must be a high quality ruabab. Where did you get it?
There is slight problem, position N* 21 is M and 22 is M tevera so M*
20 is Ga shuddh - 21 is ma shuddh - 22 is Ma tivra

Now i got u. We use m (small letter) for ma shuddh and M (big letter) for Ma tivra. I know, there are other ways too. I saw it mostly like this.
