Lunch and Learn | 5S Captains

ASSENT STEEL is thrilled to share the highlights from our recent Lunch and Learn (L&L) Session. In this session, we showcased a presentation that celebrated the remarkable changes within our factory, all thanks to the invaluable contributions of our 5S Captains.
During the L&L session, our 30 Captains were shown the tangible improvements that have transformed our factory environment. Additionally, the new guidelines for the 5S program were also introduced, outlining specific areas where the expertise of 5S Captains can make a profound difference.
Whether it's conducting regular inspections, identifying improvement opportunities, or mentoring our workforce, ASSENT STEEL evaluators play a pivotal role in sustaining our 5S culture.
