Those seems to be O-Rings made of soft plastic not Square Belt as the original deck... O-Rings/plastic will work sometimes but once you let the deck sit for a few days without use the Tension arms will not move and will have to be forced in place.... Can you do a follow up on this....

My unit playing fine but when run out the tape. The arms keep moving up and down won’t stop. Is that the tension belts gone. Please help.

You are correct, O rings , at 1st they we're not 100% maybe 90% working correctly. Now they have settled in they work 100%
