I agree, it would definitely cut back on easy prey for these murderers for one & way cut the money, mostly taxes, spent on their repetitive arrests, court appearances & major paperwork on different personnel in police departments! They are usually held overnight & released w/ fees, etc.

Haven’t seen this episode but wow it is old, look at the old monitors they are using with the computers! Well the landlines too! I lived in the Bay Area in 1987, Lake Tahoe area is beautiful with miles, miles of forest, huge Lake & casinos (on Nevada Side). Lots of cabins & condos there now, snow skiing major.
