Yes, I was very anemic last year, for multiple years and doctors never told me. I finally found out last April when it was so severe that I had to be admitted to the hospital and receive a blood transfusion. I'm doing better now and my levels are up, but I'm working on increasing my iron stores. I also found out last month that I was very deficient in vitamin D too which was causing me a bunch of serious health issues. Now I'm doing better and thankfully this is an old video. 💕🙏 Thank you for checking in. I hope you're doing better now too!

I just spent the past 6 weeks on vitamin D and go in for blood work soon to see ify levels are ok or still low. I hope you feel better soon and please keep checking on your blood work regularly to prevent any future deficiencies. I'm doing the same. 💕🙏
