She is wrong law firms are NOT exempt from the CTA. Trusts will have to report if they own 25% or have substantial control of a reporting company. During a lawsuit, you are going to have to go through a deposition so they will find out what you own even if you have a nominee. When you fill out a CTA form for the federal government you have created a business record which can be ascertained through deposition questions and a subpoena.
@@jihadpierce There are loopholes in the CTA ( Corporate Transparency Act). You can form a tax-exempt (nonprofit) with 501 (c) (3) status, and your nonprofit can own for-profit LLCs and other entities. You will NOT be subject to the CTA ( Corporate Transparency Act) reporting.
