I doubt he's gonna main him, he probably plays these characters to study them after the USF4 changes. I'm positive he will go back to regular Ryu.

He plays e.ryu like regular ryu though daigo has so much patience can't wait to see him and sako mirror at evo

Hes not using the English voice. The battle was recorded on the Topanga TV system, they must have it set to English.

Of course he did. Evil Ryu is flat out better than Ryu - he has way more options. And Daigo is a huge tier-hugger.
