They weren't actually ignoring other members.. Seokjin altitude has always been this way in running man.. And the only member he know the name is Chani.. So, he ask chani to try it, since he seems like he don't know any other member from sf9 alert from Chani ( who just currently act in Sky castle, the movie he watch) he don't even know rowoon name.. Rowoon was the one who wear the jacket, so he just pay attention to him.. If other member did instead of rowoon, he would still just pay attention on that member..
