- Hey everybody! Welcome back to another video. Today I'm talking about how the studio behind Apex Legends, Respawn Entertainment, has lost the battle against players who cheat.
In this video, I'll breakdown the most common ways people cheat in Apex Legends, and also why it's impossible for Respawn to ban these players. Enjoy the video!

Imagine being so bad at video games you have to buy a second computer to cheat so you'll feel better about yourself 😂
people will do what ever it takes to win cash prizes or to remain relevant within the live streaming / content creator space. I wouldn't say its just for an ego boost.

Gaming turned from just a hobby to a potential serious career/income source. (streaming/tournaments)
There is a LOT of money on the line, and most people aren't gifted or talented enough to constantly play at the highest level.
The only way to stop, or at least significantly reduce, it, would require laws that regulate cheating in online games.
Because even if they get caught, the worst that could happen is a ban from tournaments for a certain time period (in rare cases' lifetime, which should be the norm.) but that's a laughable punishment when you compare that to the potential yielded income that could have been earned until that point. It's about real money, so it should be punished by real laws as well.
It's all sort of stuff... 30 y old virgins, ugly, no love from parents, been bullied at school etc. Etc. Life loosers...
most widely used cheats that dont get users banned are external but on the same pc so it doesnt directly access the games memory yet it still runs with the game

The fact that dozens of the top players got caught cheating just made me not want to play anymore. Not only as a solo player do I have to fight 3 stacks of legitimately good players, I also have to fight cheaters.

@@tuttuti123 the thing is i know a few people streaming and cheating racking in atleast 10k/month from streaming, u can hide cheats really really well especially in games like valorant/csgo/apex/fortnite.. most of fortnite pros are litterly cheating and have multiple bans, its a income source.

Changing keybinds for controller isn’t cheating lol it’s in the game settings. If it were third party then yes.
Idk if you’re talking about the first device he talked about or just changing the keybinds in game tho cause configs are available in game

as a day 1 mnk player on this game....it's so hard to enjoy it anymore. I feel like I only get killed by players with 4k 20 bomb badges or level 8 wraiths and there is no in between

Game is lowkey a joke now, theyre never clear on sbmm and seem to make it worse and worse every new patch, makes no sense how the top 0.1% of players that exist just happen to be in every single game I play, when hundreds of thousands are online at a time on Steam alone
At least I'm not alone in this. 80% of the times I die in I no-fill trios, the players that kill me are three-stack triple masters FOR SOME REASON playing in pubs.

One of the greatest decisions of my entire life is that I stopped playing Apex after encountering numerous amount of cheaters, for almost 6 months now. I had big hopes from Apex but it's in EA's hands so this was expected.
Very informative video on the state of the cheating epidemic on apex, transitioned from apex to the finals and I’ve already run into aimboters and bullet curve cheaters i just hope all dev teams of all games can find a permanent solution to the hacking crisis we’re in right now with gaming as a whole
I think going forward it’ll be a necessity for big FPS studios and publishers to find common ground and build an anti-cheat that works for all fps games, and takes into consideration of different play styles from different games, and holistically evaluates your behavior and playstyle.
Finals def needs to do something too. Been playing quite a bit and while fun, I have already ran into a ton of cheaters, which completely deflated all enthusiasm I had for the game.

I know it may suck but get a series X or Ps5 and turn crossplay off , I ve barely touched my PC all season . Cheaters ruin comp games
@itztime2blaze961 Playing on console is lame with the aim assist doing the work for you.. How can people not get bored of it is beyond me. They might as well play single player games with better visuals.

I think of it in a different light, if they go this far for something so minuscule in their lives, I can just imagine how shotty their lives are outside of apex. Let them have this little “win” because we all know for a fact outside of apex they are some losers

@@Dimelo.R thats a happy thought. but after slaving away at work all day I used to be able to go home and unwind and have some fun with friends playing apex. thats been taken away from a lot of people, not just me. ea and respawn have done little to fix that and its sad to see. their little "win" is killing the game
@@Dimelo.R Yeah that's an interesting fantasy and all, but the guy in the video talks about buying a second computer just to cheat. Lets be real, if cheaters got enough money to casually buy another PC just to run cheats, they're not doing all that poorly in life outside of their ego control.
Given that alot of cheats cost more money than the games they're made for do, it's pretty clear that it's made to appeal to people with middling success and enough disposable income to pay to win.
Valorant announced a few days ago that they now have an anti-cheat for DMAs, a best-in-class technology. It seems like they are one of the first who can start fighting DMAs, which is a significant step forward! Hopefully, other developers will keep up with them and start implementing similar things, especially in Apex.

@@errilocale220 I think Kernel mode level access for anti cheats are common now, including Easy Anti Cheats that are used for Apex. I meight be wrong.
It’s not as impressive as it sounds. Cheating in large popular PVP games like apex and Val will never stop no matter what the AC companies do. If there is a market for it, cheat makers will prevail.
They have no incentive to share that tech. At all.

I hate players that use zen and strike packs. Had one guy say he uses zen for recoil control which is still cheating. I shouldn’t be getting shot from across the map from an r99 that’s meant for close range fights
It’s just myth. They can’t strafe of move while shooting bc it messes up the script. They are severely handicapped
You can always tell these pathetic players when you spectate them, they almost always have a r-99 and beam you from over 50 meters away.

I lack patience for players don't have to do sh!t but hold the trigger and claim to be good at a game that requires an understanding off the weapons recoil patterns but are dog water at it so cheat. so miss me with that bro. The saddest thing about cheating/cheaters is that most of us come to video games as an escape for what we deal with in life. The real world is the exact same thing as the cheating epidemic in gaming. IRL, people cheat and get caught, go to prison/jail. Other people fool everyone and make it to the 1%. Everyone else playing life fairly never leave lower class or maybe make it to middle class and thats it. I cant even escape life through gaming anymore 😂

I guarantee 75% of the "top players" in any FPS game are cheating in one way or another. It is so common these days, especially near the top. Sucks that most companies either can't identify the cheats (Chronos, Xim, Configs etc.) or they turn a blind eye if it is a big streamer or content creator.
They can, but why would they? Those streamers drive revenue. You think they care if they cheat a little bit? They aren't going to mess up that train. Developers are more than likely the creators of a lot of cheats.

@@Avncii Correct. I think it should be though. If you have to change the actual game files or create macros to do certain things you couldn’t normally, it is cheating. If you can master that level of complex movement without them, then you deserve the advantage. Especially if people use configs on controller. They are taking the best of both worlds and minimizing the downsides by changing actual files.

I have to agree with this video. Not everybody is that good at the game, but somehow people never seem to miss anymore. It's rare if I run into a player who can't hit me. Everyone I run into now always beams me for 100+. I only play mixtape and it's interesting considering you run into the same people several times. Running into the same player hitting every shot in every engagement is just unrealistic. I keep trying to tell people I feel like cheating is worse than they think, and they always tell me I'm coping. This video is perfect proof of that statement. Not to mention the soft aimbots that make players look legit. You never know what's on someone's PC.
Like why did people play competitive game only to cheat in the end? Makes no sense. Can't compete don't play comp game. I play mnk and get laser beamed almost all the time i even considered to switch to controller just to keep up.

You can't even have a productive conversation with people anymore because they're always right and they could never be wrong lol. The last month I have been nuked over and over and over by hackers. Zero fun. Lobby after lobby, after lobby, and got tired of it. EA app and Apex uninstalled. Playing The Finals now and having way more fun.
7:44 i swear i had an almost same situation happening to me in pubs or ranked - this part i don't remember - but it was on olympus around the edge of the map near fightnight (north) and we first had two teams stopping shooting each other to focus my team that was 3rd partying and my teammates died.
I survived as bangalore. We had an supporter in our team so i ratted for like 3 minutes till the ring closed on us and crouchwalked towards the replicator - no sound, always behind cover - till the surviving team randomely sprinted towards me, still behind cover(!) - and shot me down instantly.
Nobody saw me. I didn't sprinted. No a single hint that i was in the area.
Same thing happened a few seasons ago when my team died and i needed to ratt in a crevice between plants (!) on stormpoint. I had the camouflage ash skin holding my gun out in a position where nobody could have seen me. I was there for 5 minutes doing nothing.
What happened? A mirage sprinted straight towards me across 150m and instantly shot me down. Like literally running up to me *in a straight line*
One kind of newer cheat you missed talking about is the AI/ML based cheats that use capture cards and such and just use the screen data to do aimbot. They started popping up in recent years especially in games I frequent like CS. They are even more undetectable than the DMA cheats, unless they plan on banning eveyone with a capture card lol.

And how would they detect a capture card. It's not running on the same pc as the game.

Recoil scripting and aimbot are two VERY different things. A Cronus is not capable of aimbot, which is software that aims for you. All it can do is modify your inputs based on preset parameters - counteract recoil, etc.
Both are cheating and wrong, but it’s an important distinction to make, especially considering the educational intent of the video

@@jannis3121no, a no recoil mod is a no recoil mod. they are two separate terms because they are two very different things. aimbot aims for you, anti recoil eliminates recoil, you'd think this would be obvious...
Little editing tip, make sure that you "nest" a clip in Premiere Pro after applying blur, especially if you've attempted to obscure something. This precaution prevents plugins or transitions from disrupting the blur when using a parallax transition preset. 👌Great video though!

Im glad this video popped up. Started playing apex 3 months ago and noticed how sometimes, people have 0 recoil from miles away, theres no way theyre hitting all their shots. Makes no sense.
Imagine if these people put the same effort into just being good at the game

This is why I stopped playing Apex. I was able to reach top 100 Pred on Xbox multiple times, but each season the grind became less and less worth it as I noticed more and more people using Cronus and XIM. On top of that these last few seasons have had storm healers and certain exploits (Revenant invisible glitch for example). Overall, it has rendered the achievement of hitting Pred meaningless to me. It seems Respawn has made the minimal effort to address these issues. Finally got tired of it all. I dropped the game a month ago while the invisible glitch was rampant in ranked.
Love how at the 5:00 mark you don’t censor the F word but at the end you do 🤷♂️ but a great video with an insight about cheating I had no idea was possible.

Thank u so much i found this to be VERY alarming and informing. all this does is make any pc player look worse now and this is probably y so many actually took the chance n time to learn controller bcuz the bs this can do legitimately cant be overlooked and it makes me wonder (someone who played since day 1 release on console and recently switched to pc thanks to cross-progression) other than there long distance aim, binds to do lore with there layout of inputs, better graphics,Options in general to adjust gameplay via audio and video, and so much more, there awareness was better
Now hear me out, ive run into my fair share of hackers on console only lobby’s, pred lobbies when i did hit masters in the earlier seasons but the moment I switched to pc i felt a gap a HUGE GAP and im not talking movement capabilities bcuz tap strafing i do just fine against (due to my friend @Ayonap helping me but even so)
Other than long range Aim and movement i felt like Awareness was really hitting me hard ive played against preds and even some streamers from the console community and very fee against the pc n ofc the 3 stack sweat lords on zip lines and just playing as a team, but never have i ever felt so…. Idk how to describe it other than out played with awareness until i got on pc Im not saying I didn’t make some bad movement or rotation calls but ive been in quite a few to the point im sayin and it literally making no sense how people knew where me or my team was moving or even call outs from enemy teammates, them telling where i was exactly after running away out of sight for some time and it honestly frustrated me but this i feel explained ALOT about the pc side of the community
I’m on console and this last year has been pretty bad for me with cheaters. I run into a lot of lag switchers and no recoil zen abusers in high ranked lobbies. I even have a clip of an invisible 3 stack that ran up and completely wiped me and my friend. 😂 This never really used to be a problem for me until recent. Hope they do something about it soon cause this game is slowly dying.

I ran into probably 4 no recoilers last night alone not even that high of rank either I haven't been playing apex nearly as much.
Um, nah dude you tripping on some crazy drugs. Console cheating on apex been an issue since release. But around season 9 it started picking up and at season 12 to 14, the cheating was insane. About 1/3 of the lobby in every game mode. Most preds and masters on console cheat. Literally.

You can never stop cheating. The cheaters are better programmers than the game developers.
There isn't much programming involved in buying and installing a program, literally a series of clicks and a few keystrokes

You have to know how code works and what you can do to work around the games anti cheat for said game for instance R6 you have to be able to code around Battle eye anti cheat. That anti cheat gets (apparently) updated all the time to stop cheaters and have them banned. Now all this being said you as a normal every day player might not know how to code so you can buy the cheats yes because cheat makers sell them because it does make for a great profit lol

yeah it got really worse. I'm getting clipped almost every game by sus new acc players. 50,100,200 meters? They dont care. Missing like 1 or 2 bullets ig just to be "legit"
the payout for cheating is quite high. if your radiant in val you get views. even if its meagre its atleast views without having to get creative.i want everybody to know heeps of top level players are cheating but people should also know that this doesnt mean the pros specifically are the ones cheating. its mostly pub stompers/ranked demons who are more into the twitch views/traction. the competitors are mostly in it for the glory and are ACTUALLY good more often than not. less likely to cheat.
Great vid. The time for willy-nilly making an online game and tacking on anti-cheat as an afterthought, has been over for a long time. Nothing will change before competitive integrity is on devs' mind from the first line of code. It's an engineering problem. The good news is that devs have been slacking so hard in this department, we have yet to see what the same kind of genius that goes into cheating can do on the anti-cheat side.
I stopped playing Apex after last season. The legal and illegal cheats, combined with atrocious matchmaking, renders the solo-queue experience soul-crushing. I'm glad to have lived through the past two decades of multiplayer FPS on the PC. Had my fill and am willing to tap out for a decade or however long it takes for the glory days to return. Not gonna sit around through the dark ages, that's for sure.
It was already confirmed in a Microsoft conference we had that only licensed Xbox accessories will be compliant for consoles. All 3rd party “non licensed” devices/accessories will no longer work in maybe first quarter “or second” 2024. Pretty much most of the market is licensed, but Cronus will never be.

You can use config files but being able to bunny hop and heal was "too strong"
DMA, while scary, is not as scary as some cheats that run on your own system
generally speaking, DMA cannot perform actions for you without begin detected, at least not without delay which would make the cheat unreliable (i am talking about aimbot specifically, what he was talking about in the beginning regarding the cronus zen, that was just recoil cheats, not aimbot). Aimbot works by getting the specific location of any given hitbox by accessing the draw commands sent to the GPU by the CPU (this is very low level access and is very easy to detect, very few legitimate programs do this), then calculating where it has to move your mouse to place the center of your screen on that hitbox. the interesting thing is that while the aimbot gets the information it needs, it can also feed this information to a wallhack process which can then draw skeletons or just highlight player model related textures through walls. all this has to run locally for either of those to be reliable, which is the exact opposite of what DMA cards do. therefore DMA cards, while they can give you an enormous advantage by providing you with radar, they cannot aim for you or show you things through walls.
what scares me more are some cheats which i won't name that run locally on your system and are injected through the most interesting ways possible, like for example Intel's VMX feature, which is used mainly to improve virtualisation on windows machines (anyone that has used WSL, Windows Subsystem for Linux, knows what i'm talking about, and probably had to turn it on in their BIOS for WSL to work). VMX provides cheats with the perfect amount of access to do everything, except for writing to memory of the process it is reading. Aimbot, wallhack, radar, you name it, can be ran, and is virtually undetectable.

I have been rating and had similar thing happen where a team ran out towards the ring in a random spot just to kill me.
Worst cheat out there is dipping an entire mag into the enemy only to hear "tink, tink, tink" and see those connection errors pop up, only to skip frame rates until youre a death box 😅.
Hardware bans are the only way.
There is a lot of one player carrying a squad in trios, clearly cheating, must be making money from the carry as the other two in the squad separate and do very little in the game. Watched this at least a dozen times. I would also mention there are way more cheats / hacks out there. The one that is a real pain at the moment is their ability to not get killed, and teamed with the increased damage makes it so much fun to come up against.
Great informative video. Appreciate it. However the last video on the player ratting, imo, its just a normal thing to go and look for rats in the final circles. Specially when there 9 squads and 14 players..
But he knew exatcly where he was ..even jump on the other side to get a better angle..i will say i thought i saw a trail in the sky right before he was killed ..u knew val can scan in the sky..in closing this has happened to me before by players who cant scan and i think its highly suspicious to go exactly where the person is with out some search
There is no way the Valkyrie was just looking for rats. They did not walk around, peek over the edge to see if someone was there, and based on the trajectory of that audio, they were not walking along the edge. They pushed in with full confidence with weapon drawn exactly were the Revenant was.
@@COA5T Absolutely the Valkyrie could have been looking for rats! First of all, there's 9 teams left and only 14 players, which means there are likely plenty of solo players. Second, if you WERE checking for rats, you wouldn't walk along the edge and peek over. Awons knows that if there IS another player hiding down below, that player already hears his footsteps and is likely pre-aiming anyone who peeks the ledge. That's why he jumps to the other side with his weapon already pre-drawn, to change the angle, and it works!
I'm not saying that he's not cheating. I'm just saying that his actions in this clip aren't necessarily suspicious. I do this kind of shit all the time in end zones. It's a low risk activity if you can handle your 1 v 1's (and they usually are just solo players. Very rarely is there an entire team ratting behind a rock somewhere.)
There should be an option in matchmaking to only play with people who are using the same input device as a means to dodge controller players. It's insane to me that a competitive game has controller support that is borderline aimbot territory with how much it compensates... FPS games were never meant to be played with a controller.

First of all, I must express my respect for your work on this informative video. I've been playing Apex since Season 2 and when the time came for even MNK Pro players to switch to a controller, it was my time to hang up the baby game. The fact that this game even has "professional tournaments" is an absolute joke! The game was only released to generate money and never to provide a good shooter. Packs for cosmetic items are the manufacturer's number one priority and never fixing problems with the game itself! Therefore, I can only recommend everyone to really turn their back on this game, as it is the BIGGEST waste of energy and passion from a gamer's point of view. Unfortunately, there is nothing more to say about this game. I'm out.
This is just my opinion.. if u want to play the game... just avoid RANK games... or if u like to be competitive... play RANK like u play public (means no fuss when u die early or meet with cheaters). As you RANK up... possibility to meet cheaters is very high!
So, now and future season I play Apex Legends for leisure... not even bother buying their skins coz the FOC skins are also good! :)

True, I think the dev should be blamed at the first place. There is no doubt if you want to win 1v1 most of the time, the only answer is to switch to controller. The dev should separate players into two different lobbies according to their input devices at the first place so that players can compete on a relatively fair level (I believe is the major reason all these kinds of external cheat devices were invented). However, they did not do so at first place and I highly doubt that they are capable to do that in the future since it is almost impossible. All they wanna do rn is to exploit the very last value of this IP and move on to another new game.

I enjoyed on and off plays on Apex with my brother but Season 19 made us quit completely and instead spend more time with Division 2. The cheaters are so blatant and rampant now that it's impossible to enjoy a good match. The last time I tried cheating was during the days of the Gameshark era. It made the games boring very quickly and sold the damn thing soon after.
I dont like apex, and cheating is wrong in any game. But, I am truly fascinated on how these scripters do their thing. Especally with the DMA card, I would imagine that a good amount of anti-cheats have this vulnerability as well and not just apex. But holy crap, the lengths that these people go is absolutely nuts.
No matter how far we've come as a species, we are still Monke; though we aren't hunter gatherers, we have these instincts. The dopamine many get for "succeeding in the hunt" comes in many different forms now: making that sale, consistent paychecks, landing the job, passing tests/graduating, etc., etc. -- that being said, going through all the hoops to find the source : Fight, Feed, or Fornicate -- (in this instance it's Fight) saying "I can't believe the lengths people will go to [gain an advantage in combat/the hunt] is akin to saying "I can't believe that guy is actually melting rocks and hitting them with other rocks" (discovering metal-working techniques and inventing technology)
I know I'm reading way to into it for most people's attention, but if you're actually interested : there's food for thought.

The big issue with the Chronus shit isn't really even the scripts, or people "spoofing" mnk... it's the other way around, they play on MnK, but they use a Chronus to trick the game into thinking they're on controller. This way they get all the benefits of MnK while also getting one of the most broken strong Aim Assist systems ever put in a game... At this point it's honestly starting to feel like crossplay has brought more problems than benefits, back in the olden days, AA wasn't this strong and it didn't have to be because controller players were mostly confined to consoles and MnK was entirely confined to PC. Then came crossplay, we started seeing more mixed inputs and game devs juiced up the AA to try and keep all the casual console crowds from being completely stomped by MnK players. However, in order to make this happen, AA needed to be so strong it has literally just shifted the scales in the other direction and now it feels like being on MnK actually puts you at a disadvantage. You can see this just by looking at the pro scene, most players are now using controller, several pros have chosen to switch from MnK to controller just to keep up. So when you have aim assist this strong and you can fool the game into giving you that Aim Assist on MnK then that's practically the same as a soft aimbot, but much harder to detect...
For those who argue AA isn't that strong, I have seen so many Apex clips where I can instantly just tell that "oh, this dude has Aim Assist" only to then go back and see if the prompts for looting etc confirms that... It's so obvious when watching...
Honestly think the future of MM should be either input based matchmaking or a system that splits into AA enabled/disabled matchmaking...
Yep exactly what I was telling people....people are using the Cronus as an adapter for MnK to get basically an advantage in any shooter on console....ding ding this is the answer

@@robjoseph8546 Not in Apex where Aim Assist is completely busted... There's a reason most pro players and high ranked players even on PC choose to play controller. Controller actually has a huge advantage in gunfights due to how strong AA is... I believe I saw some article where they'd found that 88% of the top 25 pred players used controller on PC. That simply wouldn't be the case if controller didn't offer an advantage.
Anyway, regardless of where you stand on the controller vs MnK debate we can all agree that having Aim Assist on MnK is cracked and is the reason why chronus is disgusting...

I think the next way that they will be able to control the cheating in a competitive game is cloud gaming if it gets out of hand. Meaning players will not be able to access the game files at all. Only stream the games from the company directly...
Another way I think they might have to deal with this is to provide self identity to play the game. If you can't provide an id then you can't play the game. When you have money involved I think it should be close to labeling it as digital robbery at that point. I believe the legislative body should introduce a bill on cheating
I agree with both of your posts here. It's time they either use a cloud or have sms identification for players. Also, regulate online gaming the same way casino gambling is regulated since money is on the line at the higher levels. Cheating ruins the experience of people just trying to play for fun, I don't see why they Cheating anyway since they didn't earn those skins or badges that they show off to people online, and the streamers that cheat are usually obvious enough that they lose any respect from the online community.

Yep. Most Apex players utilize some type of software, script, or straight up hack etc. Wall hacking is very predominate in the game as well. Everyone who shoots me beams me. I highly doubt all these kid's are THAT good. No other FPS I play is like this for me. I'm slightly above average with a 3.11 KD when I quit. I'm no pro but I am pretty good at most FPS I play and now I just get 1 clipped every single time like I'm standing absolutely still. I quit about a week ago. No plans to go back ever again. I refuse to believe most of these guys are legit and that's just how I'll handle that, by walking away. Apex has lost a lot of us players due to all the hacks and the games community in general being ignored by the devs. It was fun for a while though. Had a blast.
If you get one clipped when standing still, that is something an AVG player can do pretty reliably... 3.1kd is way above average, I think 1year ago the AVG kd was 0.6.
I had a year break now and I can really feel the wrongly tuned aim assist and how that will mess you up close range whatever you do, a good controller player will reliably be able to one clip you even if you pull off some crazy movement stunts.

This is a clear violation not only to the devs, but, also to the player.
If you allow a machine to auto correct your aim, you gain no experience. Thus, you learn nothing on how to aim in apex, which defeats the purpose of the devs sensitivity option settings.
The devs, including this feature, and configured it in such a way that all players have a chance at being top ranked by their own efforts, so using a machine to correct player aim, naturally goes against TOS.
Besides, the x and y coordination works great.
Make the game 50$, permaban everyone who use cheat by IP and account , and there will be no cheaters!

IP's are dynamic so it changes. Regular residential IP's aren't Static so if you ban an IP it could change and by chance your neighbor would be banned.

A.i. anti cheat is being worked on and expected to roll out by the end of the year. The a.i. is being trained to distinguish between human and inhuman reactions and gameplay. Cronus or 2nd computer won’t matter. cheating will be a thing of the past.

As a former Valk main, I can clearly confirm the clip at the end isn't cheating. Even having it sped up 1000x, you can see plain as a day the Jump tower in the back, and at some point the Revenant was scanned by the Valk.
When scanning the enemy knows that they were scanned and this clip did not show any notification of Valks scan.
If you saw the clip that led up to this the valk that found them wasn’t flying they were holding position and he started saying he could hear someone over in that area and randomly went and clipped him

The Valk woulda scanned his spot regardless, and no you don't get info when being scanned by a valk recon. That's only Bloodhound, Seer, and crypto that let the enemy know they are scanned. Tried finding said clip, no dice. So feel free to send the link and I'll watch it no problem.

Finally someone talking about DMA :D this has been available for over 10 years and is basically the reason I have always denounced anti cheat efforts, any anti-cheat can be bypassed using a cheap network card with a modified hardware to gain DMA access

Crazy how widespread cheating is across basically all live service gaming right now. It amazes me how much time, effort and money people will sink into something they suck at to completely remove the joy from. So many cheaters im sure think they're just that good, or deserve the skill those kinds of things give them, and its disgusting . Whats more unfortunate, is how little the companies who run these games seem to do in response to these kinds of things, weather on purpose, or because they can't figure out how to solve the problem. Valorant seems like the only game who's devs care enough to try and seriously solve these kinds of issues

Never knew the cheat but I have had people find me a good bit of times and definitely shouldn’t know I’m there. It’s all freaking annoying. I’m not a master rat but I do my best to solo play because majority of ransoms I get suck. I only about 3 percent of the time get players of my skill level and also benefit from actually using there mic . Most only speak am when they die and say how crap I am when they leave it’s sad how things are on apex but still for the moment ill continue playing it

I've hid in places after my teams died that no way anyone would of known I was there YET somehow 3 stack preds will instantly sniff me out even though I'm not moving or switching weapons....ANYTHING. I have screenshots of giant pros that somehow found me ratting? Ain't no way a lot of the time these mofos knew where I was unless they have wallhacks or some kinda cheat. I've always suspected most of them are cheating in some way to stay ahead of the pack.
I use a chronus zen to play keyboard and mouse on a xbox to play certain games with my friends that dont have a pc. Because i developed a condition with my right thumb that freezes up when i play using the analog. Am i a cheater trying to play with my friends?

Cheating in video games is now so accessible that I think most of us have resolved to the point of accepting it.
Because anyone can buy physical mods, accounts, and/or softwares to cheat, the issue is worse now than it's ever been and because the smartest way for Devs to ban cheaters is to wait and do it in waves (keeps cheaters from figuring out how anti-cheat systems caught their software/hardware and flagged it for cheating), we really only get 1-2 good weeks of game here and there before they are all right back on the servers.
It sucks butts, but honestly I think our only option is to just report people when we notice, and pay attention to when ban wave updates drop.

I am so happy you made this video because ive been saying it for the past 3 seasons. But thank you for clarifying because I just called out 4 youtubers for this then asked to explain the aim mechanics they used and they couldn't. They just started talking crap. And I was shocked because they make content on RUclips and if your gonna do that be professional if you get called out and asked to explain what mechanics you used to aim in a game that requires it don't start talking crap own up to it. It just make you look unprofessional. Am I right what's your opinion on that.
2 out of 3 casual games are now mod lobbies so self evident. My only concern is though they are trying ti call it a free to play game as soon as money has changed hands it is apaid for service that should be subject to all the regular consumer protections. A corrupted lobby might be argued to be a faulty product that should be replaced or refunded, most consumer protection laws dont allow for faulty products to be sold at all. No revenue stream no apex?
