Good afternoon, how do I claim the warranty for my laptop? The laptop has been acting up since Saturday. I’ve been observing it, and it still has issues. When I press the power button, it won’t turn on; however, when I charge it and press the power button, it turns on, though not automatically. The keyboard gets really hot, and the power button is on the side. Even when not in use, it still heats up. Also, it won’t turn on even if the battery isn’t low.
