Hey, I have a quick question, My Rog Strix B450-f Gaming II is bricked and I am trying to troubleshoot it and stuck.
- The BIOS chip on MB is ST24C02 and every where i see the option for programming a 25xx series chip but couldn't find any information on 24xx series chip.

I connected soic clip before the USB was connected and soon smelt burning. The battery was removed and obviously power adapter removed. I couldn't flash Bios as second LED was dim or not lit at all. My laptop won't start. Any suggestions?

I have these two devices. when I put the 1.8v adapter on the programmer the yellow led light dimly and the 1.8v convertor chip gets hot.
can't read the chip.
sometimes randomly the yellow LED stays off like in your video but still can't read chip. faulty 1.8v convertor? what do you think?
